I'll bite you to death. (Anime)

Okay, so on another lazy summer day I was experimenting on some effects on Powerpoint 2007 - I prefer using that for editing because it's less confusing and less complicated than Photoshop; just by hearing the word "Photoshop", chills start running down my back, brr - and I recolored. This effect was done by using the black and white tool, under recolor. And I was pleased by the result, right here. :3

Characters look familiar? That's Hibari Kyoya (center; thus the title "I'll bite you to death") Chrome Dokuro (hidden left) and Mukuro Rokudo (right) of Katekyo Hitman Reborn! It's the awesomest Anime yet. :]

The bird's name is Hibird, and the owl with Chrome is also Mukuro. Mukuro is the pineapple king. Do not question why. XD

...Chibi!Mukuro is riding in a pineapple, and that metallic rod thing-y Hibari is holding is called a tonfa. I tried so hard to draw the cloud ring crest and the Discipline Committee Chairman armband on Hibari's uniform, but they appeared blurred after all... Ah, my craptastic camera and I did it again. XD

If anyone wants some close-ups, please feel free to ask! ;]

I don't know any of the characters but I must say, I really liked this! I especially liked your edited version, especially considering it was done on Power Point. Pretty impressive.

My favourite part of your drawing is definitely the guy standing at the front. I really like how you've drawn his hair. His face is also very good! Although, I think that you could have shaded the bottom of his jumper/sweater a bit more.

I also loved the guy in the background... he's riding a pineapple for God's sake! It's immense. But I think that you could have shaded him better as well, been a bit more specific on the details. Mind you, it doesn't look too bad on the edited version at all.

One thing I agree with you on is that Photoshop is too confusing! I couldn't use it to save my life! I use picnik instead...

Overall, I was really impressed with this. Well done!

Hey, I remember seeing the before and I was interested. I liked it a lot. The guy in the middle was very well drawn and he had a lot of personality. However, his right arm with the weapon (that looks like Talim's from soul calibur if you've heard of it!) is really stiff. Maybe you could put it in a less awkward position? The chibi on the right is very cute and I don't see any flaw with it. The girl(I think)doesn't look that appealing to me. I would have liked to see all of her face, especially the eyes, because I think you have a knack for it.

OVERALL:

Awesome job! I happen to be fond of manga so it was nice to see someone do something nice with it. You seem to have body positions down, and the faces are all angled nicely. The owl thing that the girl is carrying looks too "meh" and it doesn't really fit to me, but other than that, good job!

@Skins - I was randomly clicking on effects and voila. XD Glad you liked it. :3 But I got a bit lazy on Chibi!Mukuro (AKA pineapple king) because I exerted too much effort in drawing Hibari. (@,@) Same thing with Chrome, That's why I made it seem like Hibari's elbow was blocking her away from view, because she pisses him off.

@Esther - Wow, thanks! Hibari's arm does look a bit awkward, hmm... I'll try to edit that as soon as possible. ;] (Points to above statement) I got a bit lazy on Chrome. Talim? I think I've heard... he uses a tonfa, too? Wao! X3

PS: I also hate the owl, too. I wonder why I decided to draw that stupid thing in there. But Hibird (the bird [hah. XD] on Hibari's hand] is cute, no? :3
