Umm...Just a sec. It's a cool idea, but the prizes aren't enough. Depending on how full the Green Room is, it can cost 150-500(I think) points to post a piece.
A thirty line long story? That's a few paragraphs... I think that you need to re-think some of the ideas here. What about a five hundred word limit? Or more, what ever you like.
Plus, you need to give a bit more information about the story. What do you mean "where the ghosts live"? I don't understand. Maybe you should just open it up to a Halloween story, as long as there isn't excessive violence.
Perhaps another Judge could be initiated into this contest?
Anyway, there are definitely some things that could use some work! Don't give up!
