How to delete account?

I want to totally remove this account so I can set up another one with the same work but edited. I've read you can't delete your account, but surely there is a way? Please help! :L

Why don't you just add your works to your portfolio, with a note "edited" or such?

I'm not sure if I understand right, you want to delete this account so you can re-post your work but edited? You can do that with this account, it's not a problem! Just Submit the edited works like you would the usual work. There's nothing wrong with that.

Other than that, the YWS doesn't delete accounts at all because it would mean all the reviews on works would be deleted also. You're free to start a new account if you like, but it would be a little pointless if you can just post those works under this account still!

@LizEmo, there's a way to stop getting the emails without deleting your account!

Go to Settings
Go to Profile
Go to Edit Account Settings
Go to 10 Minute Mail
Enter the temporary address

The easier way would be to go to your settings and click "no" on "Notify me on new private messages by email:", then submit.

Genuinely confused by account deletion now. I thought it wasn't possible, but I keep seeing users called, like, Deleted40, Deleted32, Deleted30, etc. coming a long. Is there a reason for these deletions?
