How to catch up in NaNo

I found this page and it has some excellent tips on catching up on NaNo. I'm still at 19000 words even though I should be at 33333 today, and while I know that chances are most people will have given up by the time they're this behind, in case you aren't, take a look at this page:

I particularly like the look of the bottom sheet so I might use that to catch up. Anyone planning to as well? :D

(Of course, you should be careful so that you don't end up using all your inspiration!)

I might do that, I'm terribly behind if not to completly catch up but at least to not be a laughingstock.
