All right there we go. Posting this new since it's a week or two old. Sorry I didn't get it in later.

Okay, so this guy's name is Taka Omu. (oh-moo, not sure how to spell that ;) ) And he is a Wind Valley Ninja, age 16...a Jonin, but with specialized/secret extensive training in some techniques, which gives him expertise over his weapon/jutsu/fighting style.

Personality:
Spoiler
Personality:
Kind of punk-ish. He’s got that “I don’t care” look about him, but don’t cross him---he’s a wild rebel who loves a good fight. Taka mainly sees in black and white, he can tell if you’re a good person or bad. He himself has high moral standards; he is fair in a fight, and noble. Laughs a lot, not too intelligent when it comes to school stuff, but he’s got a mind for strategy and battle.

Weopon:
Spoiler
His weapon (sorry, never got it scanned) is two giant shuriken attached by a rather long chain. So he uses it as a direct combat or distance weapon, depending on his mode of attack. It takes immense skill to wield his tsuin-shuriken, and he utilizes a (help me out here) Kekkei Genkai inherited as Dojutsu in his hands (Which shows up as a visible, purple-black flame on the backs of both hands) that he uses to spin the shuriken at incredible speeds.

Jutsu:
Spoiler
Okay, now, he has two specialty jutsus,
1. Shadow-Spin justu---using his dojutsu he ignites his shuriken with the dark flame. When he strikes his opponent and draws blood for the first time while in shadow-spin "mode," his victim is instantly blinded. The blindness is temporary and caused by genjutsu, it will wear off once Taka releases his jutsu, or if the opponent is strong enough to break the “barrier.” When he strikes his opponent for the second time, they are instantly paralyzed and rooted to the spot. Same deal here as with the blindness though. The blindness and illusion are genjutsu based, but the need to actually strike his opponent classifies the shadow-spin as a ninjutsu as well.

2. Shadow-Flash jutsu---a little more complicated. This is his “advanced” jutsu. When he enters this jutsu “mode,” the visible chakra on his hands disappears, infusing into his shuriken and changing the weapon’s form. (They become black, with sleeker blades, more scythe-like than traditional shuriken looking). When he strikes in this mode, a seal appears on the person’s body wherever the shuriken first hit. They are then under Taka’s complete control, and he can move them like a puppet. Also, whenever he strikes, the impact of the blades is the same force and power as a bolt of lightning, and the chakra even appears this way when it “flashes out.” (thus the name)

(Sorry that all this is a little long)

Back-story:
Spoiler
Back-story:
The Omodai clan was a small but powerful clan in the far west. They were little known in other parts of the world, but one thing characterized all members: they had a tattoo of a black star somewhere on their body. Taka was considered a “half clan,” as he was the illegitimate child of a “favored first-son” and some obscure woman. (Her identity was still unknown, even when Yama brought back his infant son) Taka, raised as almost an outsider, was taught how to fight by his father. It was during this time that he was discovered to have the capabilities of the Tenkei Genkai. But, while Taka was still very young, an in-family feud caused the slaughter of the entire Omodai clan. Taka was the only survivor.
He fled the region and forgot everything except his name---which he had somehow changed to “Taka Omu.” While wandering about Taka met a Jonin master travelling from the village of the wind. When Taka tried to steal some of the camp food he was cooking, the Jonin-Master chased after him and soon discovered his incredible fighting abilities, even though Taka was only about eight at the time. Taka was taken to the village of the wind where he entered the ninja ranks and trained. He has stayed there ever since, happy and content, not knowing who he really is and not caring anyway…
But every once and a while he has a nightmare about the night his entire family was slaughtered.

Oh yeah, about the scar over his eye…I don’t know how he got it, but it didn’t have to do with the Omodai slaughter, it happened later, either right before or much later after he moved to the village of the wind.
