Well, I have to admit that I probably wouldn't pick this up. It looks like an unoriginal graphic novel. Anime faces are so over used, and it's not even clear what it's supposed to be because of the white lines and red thing in the middle. I like cover art with an image, something that I can remember, and all I really get from this is confusion. Sorry. :O

Yeah, I think it's just a bit cluttered. It looks like four random characters from different shows all pasted together, and the image you posted on top doesn't really help. It also makes this look like a graphic novel, which you said it wasn't. Maybe it would help if you drew these characters on your own, with a nice background, and made that your cover.
