Welcome Timelords to this doctor who based storybook. You might be asking:
"How did you come up with this great idea!"
Well it is simple; I am a legend. No not really, but this storybook's main aim is to create a doctor who experience and force you to have fun. So here it is.

Which regeneration of the Doctor are we talking about? The 11th, or what?

Name: Tara Hampson
Age: 20
Appearance: Tara is of average height, and has shoulder length black hair. She has bright green eyes and lots of freckles. She's not very fashion-oriented; she just kind of throws on what ever is available.
Personality: Tara is generally a very happy person who wants to help everyone. However, she is also prone to sarcasm.
Gender: Female
Up for love: Yes
Strengths and weaknesses: She has a significant other back home, and sometimes pines for him, she's very intelligent and hard working. However, her compassion often gets her into trouble and she often disobeys the Doctor's wishes.
Race: Human
Other: Used to work in a coffee shop in Edinburgh.

Apart from she has, blue eyes.

Personality: Loud and Outgoing, slightly rebelious. You either love her or hate her. She's obviously a complete genius but isn't as unaware of other races (humans expecially) as you think she may be. She's never done anything to get her into major trouble, well nothing anyone 'official' knows about anyway. She's lively and fun to be around.

Gender: Female.

Up for love: Sure.

Role: Normal Time-Lord.

Strengths and weaknesses: Like I said, she enjoys doing what she wants to do, and is really clever. Also fast and athletic. She hates spoil sports and people who put people down.

Race: Time Lord.

Name: The Master
Age: 500

Personality: Quiet and restrained for much of the time, The Master is often in deep thought. He's very opinionated, and will verbally attack anyone who disagrees with him, often heavily patronising them, showing bouts of narcissism. In a good mood, the Master is a joy to be around- witty, and very intelligent- but his good moods are sporadic, and his mood swings are a cause for concern among many Time Lords.
Gender: Male
Up for love: Possibly
Role: The Master
Strengths and weaknesses: Genius levels of intelligence, with wit and quick-thinking. Narcissistic and weak in a fight; relies heavily on his intelligence to get him out of most situations, which doesn't always work.
Race: Time Lord
Other: With the impending Time War coming threateningly close to Gallifrey, the Master can't help but sympathise with the Daleks and Davros- the two are fellow narcissists with the need to prove themselves, to spread to other planets. This is an incredibly controversial opinion to have, especially as the Doctor, the Master's best friend, has just assisted the Time Army in preventing the Daleks from conquering Skaro's nearest planet Alvega, urging the Time War ever closer.

Wouldn't this Doctor be the first Doctor, rather than David Tennant? If we're going with the whole Gallifrey thing, it should probably be his first incarnation. I went with Mark Strong as the Master, as a kind of younger version of his original look, maybe you could find an actor to do the same? Unless this is a separate universe, where Gallifrey is alive and kicking, which is fine, if that is the case.
