So I basically didn't know where else to post this in, since there isn't, like, an advertisement thread. And I was going to advertise, but I'll change to accomodate the Lounge.
Ever think about starting a writing blog? I mean, every blog involves writing, and actually blogs, other than their ridiculous name, are one modern convenience I think actually helps literary development because they require you to write it out as opposed to Twitter and abbreviated texting.
Anyway, I recently began a blog about writing. It's called Quicksilver Stories and can be found at the link in my signature (I'd love for fellow writers to check it out, main point of this post), but I basically wanted to just throw out there that I AM A WRITER. So I started a blog where I would not write about myself or my uneventful life, but will pick a picture each week and write a short story based on that picture. Like an extreme writing prompt. Mostly I wanted to invite the fellow writers here on YWS to read my blog and feel free to send me pics if they wanted to see what I'd write about.
