Avatar Resize Thread

For the time being (or possibly even longer), YWS will accept avatars only if they're 100x100 pixels or less. And since most images that aren't originally made as avatars aren't 100x100 pixels, I figured I would offer help in the matter. Simply post your avatar in this thread, and I'll resize it adequately for you. In return, all I ask is that you either give someone a review, or welcome a new member. Deal? Deal. Who's first? 8D

Look below where you type out the text in the full post option. You'll see two tabs; Options and Upload Attachment. Click Upload Attachment. It should be easy from there.
