I shiver as I walk across the cold, desolate dream land
The trees are bare and snow piles on, as if it were a topping to a meal
Winds whip my hair out behind my head as I trudge on
This is not a normal dream

Theres no other sign of life other than myself
My teeth chatter violently and they begin to hurt
I don't know if my feet are there anymore, cause' I cant feel them
I'm positive somehtings wrong in my head

Snow pelts on my face and almost instantly melts
The sky is gray and swelled to the brim with snow
I can see why no other animals live here
I really think I should wake up now

My tracks are being filled rapidly by falling snow, so it's like I was never here
The snow is up to my knees and my night gown is frozen at the bottom
I wonder where I am...
Please wake up, wake up, wake up, wake up!

The slippers mother got me are long gone in the snow
Thats when it happens
My knees buckle and I collapse into the frozen snowflakes
The sky is so hazy

My eyelids are fluttering and theres a fog on the world
Theres a fuzzy edge to everything I see
I close my eyes, I'm so very tired
I can't feel anything anymore

Jolting up in my bed, I give out a little relief sigh
That God awful dream is over
I rip the covers off of myself and stumble downstairs
I'm so glad it was a dream
We shall never forget 4-20-99

Love is friendship that has caught fire. It is quiet understanding, mutual confidence, sharing and forgiving. It is loyalty through good and bad times. It settles for less than perfection and makes allowances for human weaknesses.
