Wait....WHAT!? For some reason, you are going to Silver View Farm, which is a camp for adolescents....but this is no ordinary camp!

You have to get your own water, but you have to get it from a pump outdoors. You have to make your own food, but you also have to grow your own food. The only place you can go to the bathroom is the outhouses or the bushes. There's no reception. No electricity. No plumbing. You are totally disconnected and in the middle of nowhere.

But don't worry! You have the Corran family, who lives here year round, and they won't leave you stranded, but they're also not going to just do your work for you.

Everyone grows food, cooks food, and eats food together. Everyone cleans up. Everyone does everything together.

But why on EARTH would you be going here!? Whether by choice or by force, you are. Great summer, right? .....maybe.

Full Name: Sierra Rose Marsh

Nickname: Sometimes she's called SiSi (pronounced like CC), but for the most part just Sierra.

Age: 16

Gender: Female

Appearance: Sierra is a normal-looking girl, albeit a little bit tomboyish. She has dark brownish-black hair that runs to about her shoulders, which she usually wears in a sloppy ponytail. Her eyes are a hazelly brown, and her skin is slightly paler than normal. She is a little bit short and a little bit skinny, not yet all that curvy. She usually wears straightleg jeans, t-shirts, hoodies, and flip-flops or sneakers. Her face is sort of like a rounded square, and her features are small but strong. She looks like just about everybody in her family, the similarity so evident it's eery.

( For some reason, I can't insert a picture, so just imagine a somewhat younger Kristen Stewart with a face more like Demi Lavato's, and shorter.)

Personality: Sierra is a funloving, obnoxious person. She is funny and loud, sarcastic and active, sometimes even sweet. But she is also troubled, and she can sometimes be grudging and impulsive to the point of near-stupidity, despite a slightly above-average intelligence. Overall, she's kind of like one of the guys.

Strenghts/Weaknesses: Sierra has a few main strenghts: athleticism, a sense of humor, and a hyperactive and occaisonally intelligent brain. Her weaknesses include a stubborn attitude, insolence, impulsivity, and a tendency towards grudges.

Likes/Dislikes: Sierra likes climbing and swimming. She doesn't like snobs. She likes animals, especially dogs, and hates menstrual cycles, which effect her rather severely. Sierra likes guys with a sense of humor, as well as the color green. She strongly dislikes cheerleading and does not think it should be considered a sport. She could go on all day and night with her likes and dislikes.

History: Sierra is part of a somewhat big family, and she is the second oldest of four children. She has an older brother, Jayden (19), a little sister, Mattie (15), and a little brother, Lucas (11). Their parents are together, but they fight a lot. Her father has a drinking habit, and their parents arguments can sometimes get abusive. Sierra and her siblings keep busy and try to ignore it, though. She signs up for a lot of camps. That's how she got in this mess.

Up for love?: Yeah, and she's not exactly innocent, but I'll try to keep it PG-13.

Full Name: Shaylynn Marie Nichols

Nickname(If Any): Shay

Age (13-17): 17

Gender: Female

Written Appearance: Shay is tallish, about 5'6" and built slim, but with some pretty definite curves in good places. Her hair is naturally black and her eyes change colors according to her mood. She definately isn't a Plain Jane, and her looks support that. Her usual attire consists of a lacy black tank top, a pair of blue jeans with holes in the knees, from from wear, not some manufacturer, ant some crazy neon jelly bracelets.

Personality: Shay is quiet at some times, and completely outgoing at others. When she is quiet, she screams dark, and everything else is a whimper. On her down days when she is quiet, she is usually in a bad place in her heart and soul. Then, she shuts down, and is completely vacant. When she's outgoing, she is usually in a great place, and it seems as though shes a usual teenager, even though she's not.

Stregths/Weaknesses: Shay is a good runner, and a great climber. And she is finely tuned into what's going on around her. And when she feels that something is off, she will find out what it is. And that follows into her first flaw. Shay is hopelessly stubborn. She doesn't know when to stop. Also, Shay has some anger management issues. And when she gets out of control, you should run and hide, and just get away from her. When she's angry, she's dangerous.

Likes/Dislikes: Shay likes to be weird, she likes to be a mystery. She doesn't have tolerance for people who don't accept that or her. She will get along with you, but if you set her off, she won't necessarily be out to get you, but she probably will avoid talking to you as much as possible. And yeah, she'll get along with you, but to really like you, it takes time, she needs to feel like she can trust you.

History: Shay had a crappy life. Her dad was a druggie, and an alchoholic, and was highly abusive both physically, and mentally to her and even her mother. Mostly, he was never home, but when he was, she wished he weren't. Her mom was fragile and always stressed out. She was always scared of her husband, she even hid when he came home. Not wanting to be around her crappy home environment, Shay snuck out a lot. She even found a job at a skeezy club. Her mom found out and knew it would only be a matter of time before her dad found out, so she made Shay quit. It was no use. Her dad found out anyway. He beat her nearly to death. Months later, when she was presentable enough, her mom sent her straight to Silver View, far away from their home, where she hoped her husband wouldn't find Shay. Shay still has a bruise around her wrist where her father had broken it. The doctor said the bruise would fade, but she'd always have a scar encircling it.

Up For Love? Sure, if you can handle her.

Other: Shay is always carrying around a tattered camoflage back pack with a few paperbacks, a leatherbound journal, and an assortment of writing utensils.

Full Name: Beau Corran (pronounced Bo Core-an)

Gender: Male

Written Appearance: Beau has honey/wheat colored blonde hair and bright green eyes. He stands at six feet two inches, the tallest in his family. He's rather muscular, because he's been working on the farm for eleven years. His attire usually consists of jeans, steel toed boots, either a t-shirt or a plaid long-sleeved shirt, and sometimes wears a cow boy hat - stereotypical country boy outfit.

Personality: Beau is a hard working kid who is respectful of his parents and of everyone else. He's what you could call wise and he is very down to earth. He's a sweetheart and is nice to everyone. He loves animals - they're his favorite thing in the world. Beau is not outgoing but not shy - he's right in bewteen. Beau loves to be outside and can't stand being cooped up for too long. He adores the outdoors and nature. Beau loves his family, even though they do get annoying sometimes. He's a great listener, good at giving advice, and is really good at getting people to open up.

Strengths/Weaknesses: Strengths - Farming, very strong, great with animals, a people person, very respectful, good listener, great advice giver, good at getting people to open up, he's a real gentleman

Weaknesses - Completely baffled when it comes to technology, can never stay angry/mad for long periods of time, can't stand being cooped up

Likes/Dislikes: Likes - Outdoors, nature, animals, people, talking, when new kids come for the summers, riding horses

Dislikes - Being cooped up, when people are angry with him, and sometimes he resents his parents for isolating him from the real world.

History: Beau started out like everyone else. He was born in a hospital, he grew up in a modern home with electricity and plumbing etc, his dad worked with computers, his mom was a real estate agent, he went to public school, had friends, he watched TV, ate junk food, loved batman and buzz lightyear, the whole enchilada. But eleven years ago, his parents had enough of it. They bought some land, sold the house, ditched their jobs, pulled Beau from school, and moved to their newly purchased land, where they made their own farm - Silver View Farm. Since then, Beau has lived in this "prarie" life, in this life teens come here and hate, but usually learn to love as he has.

Name: Lance Stephen Edger

Nickname: Joust

Age: 16

Gender: Male

Appearance: Has short cut chestnut hair and emerald green eyes. He is lean in build but isn't weak, his muscles on his arms and shoulders are quite solid. Has a large, jagged scar on his left knee and a small, smooth one on the left side of his bottom lip. His knuckles are a darker colour than the rest of his hand. Has a few very small moles on his cheeks, and being his age, a few spots too.

Personality: Lance used to be a boxer-turned-wrestler in high-school, so is very brave and quite strong. He is usually quite forward and admitting to everything, except when it comes to women. Lance has quite an average IQ, but is a very caring person and is willing to listen to anyone's problems. He sometimes finds it hard to kill creatures, even for food, but can overcome his soft-heartedness by realising the fact that it is only to survive. Doesn't like to get into confrontations or arguements, but can back himself if it comes to violence. When he's upset he puts on a brave face until he taks about things, then be breaks down into tears. Known as 'Joust' for his hard hitting right jab to the ribs.

Strengths/Weaknesses: As mentioned, he is strong and compassionate. He is hesitant to kill animals and is not to experienced with living out in the wilderness. He finds it hard to talk to girls he fancies, and also can be a bit antisocial when he's upset. He has good stamina and durability, but lacks experience and a over-average intellect.

Likes/Dislikes: Lance likes social interaction when he's in the mood, and has no problem with eating his vegetables. Likes alchohol, doesn't mind a bit of weed, but no serious stuff. Doesn't mind a bit of friendly sparring or competitive running, anything that satisfies his need for exercise. Lance doen't like people that try to make others upset, and he refuses to be friends with those that have fun at the expense of others. He generally likes it when everyone is happy.

History: Born in England, but moved to Kentucky at the age of 4. His father was a builder who died in a construstion site accident when Lance was only 6, and his mother worked really hard to support him and his older sister, Natalie (19). Lance went through high-school as quite popular, but when he left, he lost contact with most of his friends. He began work as a shop worker while he went to college to study human biology. His mother had a brain hemmorhage three months later, and in stress Natalie told Lance that nobody wanted him. He decided to stay with his uncle, who lives in the countryside and then decided to apply for Silver View Farm to meet some new friends and gain skills to help his uncle.

Written Appearance: Sophia stands at five feet four inches with pale skin, bleach blonde hair with pink, and big brown puppy dog eyes. Sophia also has scars all over her right leg, her left arm, and on the left side of her stomach, from dogs.

Personality: Sophia is a very outgoing girl who loves to be with people. She's a real goofball and will do anything to get a laugh or a smile out of someone. She loves to sing, and sometimes sings or hums to herself. Sophia has the capability of fitting in with really anyone. She's the sweetest girl, which is how she got her nickname sugar. She's nice to everyone, even if they don't much deserve it. But she also doesn't much like to get her hands dirty.

Strengths/Weaknesses: Strengths - Fitting in with anyone, she's a people person, she's very sweet, she's a great singer, and she's really good at making people laugh.

Weaknesses - Doesn't really like doing work, freaks out if a dog comes near

Dislikes - DOGS, doing work, and thunder and lightning - it freaks her out sometimes.

History: Sophia was raised in a rather wealthy family as an only child, and she was a tad spoiled. She never really had to do anything, she just had everything handed to her. When Sophia was ten, she was walking home from school and somehow came across three feral dogs. When she ran from them, they chased her. And they were faster. They attacked her and her scars and her fear of dogs were the results. Luckily, her screams were heard by a woman who lived nearby, and her and her husband scared the dogs away and took Sophia to the hospital.

When Sophia was fifteen, her beloved granddad died. She shut herself in her room along for four days without food or human companionship. She cried for four days. And when she came out, she went to the store, bought hairdye, came home, locked herself in the bathroom, and died her hair pink. Her granddad always said she looked best in pink - now she'd always be wearing some pink. Since then, she kept redying her hair, but she always had some pink in it.

Written Appearance: Jackson has dark brown, almost black, hair and dark gray eyes. He stand at five feet five inches, and is strongly built. He has a thick scar running over his chest where his heart is.

Personality: Jackson is a very take whatever life throws at you and smile while doing it kind of person. You'll almost always see a smile on his face. Jackson is the kind of guy who will do a handstand in the middle of a crowded place, just because he feels like it. After he was diagnosed with a heart disease (check history for further details), Jackson learned to take life as it's handed to you and never take anything for granite. He looks on the bright side of almost everything, and tries his best to make the people around him happy. He's a naturally happy guy and loves to tell jokes.

Strengths/Weaknesses: Strengths - He's very humorous, a great joke teller, is very strong, and he is a well practiced acrobat

Weaknesses - If someone picks on his family, he can't control his temper and he WILL end up fighting you

Likes/Dislikes: Likes - His family, doing little acrobatic routines, rain, trucks, his friends, life, camp fires, food

Dislikes - People messing with his family, humidity, and itchy shirts

History: Jackson grew up in a middle class family with six brothers and eight sisters - and he's smack dab in the middle (Seth - 28; Shawn - 28; Peter - 26; Lucy - 25; Natalie - 23; Faith - 20; Hope - 20; Jackson - 17; Scott - 15; Todd - 15; Amelia - 12; Tina - 10; Conner - 9; Sarah - 7; Kelly - 7 ). They were a very happy family and were doing well, then tragedy struck just seven years ago, right after Sarah and Kelly were born. Jackson was diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure. It was very hard on the family, and medications were extremely expensive. Luckily, eleven months after being diagnosed, Jackson was miraculously able to get a heart transplant. At that point, he had turned ten just the month before.

The family recovered this blow, and they are now back to normal, and their already huge family has grown in size, for Seth, Shawn, Peter, and Lucy are married, and Natalie is engaged. Seth has a two sons, Michael and Adam - both five, and a daughter, Olivia - two years old; he is married to Isabella. Shawn has one daughter, Gabrielle - six years old; Married to Claire. Peter has a son and a daughter, Logan and Delaney - both three years old; married to Alyssa. Lucy has a baby due in January; married to Chris. And Natalie is engaged to Nick. <= HUGE family
