I think their characters are clearish.
Natasha is sweet, trusting, emotional and outgoing.
Eliza is quiet, well-meaning and tactless.

Hmmn~ I do like myself some lady love

i love this! It's so simple and brilliant! The detail isn't too complex but it's all there! The personalities you've described reflect in these digital drawings as well. The shading on the clothes is brilliant, i commend you for that as it can be quite hard on digital software. I love the attention to detail in the hair as well.
The only thing i'd suggest you improve on is maybe make sure all the black outlines of this piece stand out, as they look covered occasionally but overall it's brilliant!

This is a brilliant picture. It isn't really complicated but there all the basic drawings and everything. Their expressions are clear and the colours stand out and make it very clear who is who. It makes me really want to read that novel of yours. I can't say much because this picture is nearly perfect. But I loved it!
