Jedidiah~ Apollo

After Xander shot me, I stormed off the field. I tried to act mature about it, but I had really been looking forward to pummeling Mason. Well, if I didn't get to shot him, I hope someone else does. I don't know what I'd do if he won.

Still upset, I went straight to my cabin and got out my guitar case, playing normally made me feel better. But when I opened it, nothing was inside. At first, I thought someone had stolen it as a prank, but then I remembered that I had given it to Jean to work on the sword part of it.

So I made my way to the armory. When I opened the door, Jean jumped in surprised. "Where's my sword?" I asked.

"Don't worry, I kept it safe. It's in this trunk," she said, walking over to a wooden chest and opening it.

I grabbed it and mumbled a "thanks", then I took the guitar pick from around my neck and inserted it into the sword. It turned into an electric guitar.

With a quick smile to Jean, I turned on my heal and started to leave for my cabin, but Jean stopped me. "Wait." I stopped. "Can you play for me?"

I was upset and normally liked to play by myself when I was like this, it helped me to think. But after studying her hopeful face, I sat down and put my guitar on my lap. "As you wish," I shrugged and started playing.

Sorry. Couldn't post earlier, as I had fever. :( And I still can't think straight, so bear with me on this post.

Guys, Cailan is going to be taking out almost all the characters (Except Emi and Timothy because Alex has her own plan on taking out Emi) If you want me to edit my post, just tell me and I'll edit it. I'm basically doing this so that we can switch on to another camp activity and move on with the story. Plus, the people with characters who are not participating in DeathBall are going be ignored if we continue this. ;)

Cailan - Poseidon

He was almost surprised at the way Trini took revenge on her on half-brother, but he didn't have time to even think about it, as paint balls were now whizzing through the air. He hid behind a boulder, pulling Trini along with him, and looked over it, calculating the targets.

He aimed at one of the Apollo kids over the boulder and pulled the trigger. It didn't miss. He was on the point of shooting another, when a paint ball screamed only inches from, barely missing Trini. He looked around, trying to spot the attacker, but it seemed like came out of nowhere.

"Now that was close." He said to Trini, keeping an eye on the battlefield.

"Yeah..." She replied, seemingly distracted.

Cailan once again aimed his gun and targeted the pretty girl from Aphrodite, whom, he knew, had the name "Mini". Smirking slightly, he primed the gun, but just as he was about to shoot, he saw something or someone falling to the ground near the forest. He dropped his aim and stared into the forest, his heart beating rapidly increasing.

It was Kiara, whom was surrounded by the Hades guy Mason and the guy he knew only as Xander. He watched, as Mason, after yelling inaudibly to Xander, lifted Kiara in his arms and ran towards the cabins. He didn't know what had happened and he badly wanted to find out, but he couldn't leave Trini.

"I'll check on her later." He thought and turned back to the battlefield.

"What's wrong?" Trini asked, noticing a change in Cailan's face.

"What? No... nothing's wrong. Sorry, I got a little distracted." He replied, smiling a bit, while his mind still wondered on what happened to Kiara.

"Okay..." She said, then immediately turned her gun to person aiming at her and shot him straight in the chest.

"Wow, now that's impressive." Cailan admired, as Trini almost blushed. He aimed his gun at the battlefield and targeted the same Aphrodite girl he had been aiming before. She was almost too easy to shoot at, as she was wasn't exactly hiding.

His paint ball hit her on the arm, making her squeal in pain. Smiling almost wickedly, he turned his gun to another girl hiding within a bush, with her partner. He didn't know the girl's name, but he knew the guy to be Avalon.

He shot her on the shoulder quite easily, but he did not expect Avalon to retaliate to that so fast. He immediately aimed his own paint ball gun at Cailan and Trini, and pulled the trigger before either of them could react. His paint ball hit Trini on her helm, which she had luckily put on. It did however nearly knock her back.

"Trini? Are you alright?" He asked her as she got up.

"Yeah, I'm okay. My head hurts though. Oh no, this means you'll have to fight alone isn't it." She asked, becoming sad.

"It's alright, you helped until now, I'm glad of that. Now let me win this game for us." Cailan replied, smiling at Trini.

She smiled back, and said "Good luck, Cailan" before walking out of the field.

Cailan crouched behind the boulder, trying to find a spot to stand up without getting shot at. He didn't know Avalon was this good in shooting. He silently stepped to his left and aimed his gun over the boulder. Avalon was pacing a few meters away, trying to get a good aim on Cailan.

Cailan spotted a tree to his immediate left. Taking a risk, he sprinted towards it, paint balls whizzing past him. Behind the cover of tree, he aimed at Avalon and pulled the trigger. Avalon easily dodged it and countered with another volley of paint balls.

"This isn't working." He thought, panting. He knew that there was only one, incredibly risky and stupid thing to do.

He came out of the cover and ran towards Avalon with all his speed, shooting paint ball after paint ball at him. He was so surprised at this tactic, that he misjudged the paint balls.

Each of the balls splattered on his armor, marking his defeat.
Warden: "If you want to lead, all you have to do is ask."
Alistair: "What? Lead? Me? No, no, no. No leading. Bad things happen when I lead. We get lost, people die, and the next thing you know I'm stranded somewhere without any pants."

Avalon Springwater | Son of Ceres

I got shot by a series of paint balls on my armor. I ran out of the battlefield and stripped myself of my armor to get cleaned up. At least I did some shooting myself before I got shot. Once I was fully dressed up in my normal clothes, I went back to the Demeter/Ceres cabin. I refilled my jar with some fresh berries, then ate a handful just for heck of it. With the jar filled up and capped tight, I went to pay a visit with the naiads. I often let them take some berries to eat, which seems to win their friendship and trust. In exchange for berries, the naiads tell me what plant is in harvest season. Although it's still berry season, I still harvest out of impulse and with great care. The naiads really liked berries, the blue ones being their favorite. I always gave them blueberries, since I was allergic to blueberries like my father was. After a while with the naiads, I returned to the cabin to refill my jar. Even a farm boy like myself can make friends with nymphs. All you have to do is find a way to earn their trust. I sat on my bed, waiting for the Deathball match to end.
Look down and show some mercy if you can.
Look down, look down, upon your fellow man.

Jean Blackheart/ Daughter of Hephaestus

Jean listened closely as Jeb was playing his guitar, it was a neat to see that.
She smiled happily and looked out the window, "Uh... Jeb... There is something that I added to your sword." She flustered.
Jean didn't want to make him stop, playing but she wanted to know if Jeb would like to adjustments on his sword.

I have a stomach ache so i can't post today, until the utters to throw up go away. So someone please play as my character. Thank you. -ER

Emi

"Apollo three o'clock!" Emi shouted to Timothy. A paintball came at her and she just maneged to jump out of the way. Smack! Emi looked down to see grey paint splatered all over her that had maneged to hit her a she was avoiding the other paintball. Timothy noticed her unnatural silence and asked "Emi what's wrong?" "I just got hit." She said. Timothys facial expressions seemed to tip toward anger as he said "Who hit you?" "Ummmm, you did. It's not your fault though I should have stayed out of the way. I practically jump in front of the paintball anyways." "Emi, I'm so sorry! I really am very sorry. So sorry, so so sorry." "I told you it's not your fault. Now have fun I know you'll do great!" and with that Emi gave Timothy a hug and then made her way off the feild. Still as she left she looked back to check on Timothy many times. It wasn't that she didn't belive that he couldn't do it, she knew he could, but she still felt bad for leaving him there all alone. After all she was the one who had made him play deathball in the first place.

(Sorry it took so long!)

Timothy Eight

I started to panic, mumbling curses under my breath in Latin. Leave it to the blind kid to shoot his own partner. Now I was alone, with nothing to help me, no one to...
I paused, freezing for a moment. Shapes were coming into focus, sillouette like shadows that were just barely visible. I couldn't see them clearly, but I could sense they were there. I shot several rounds, grinning in satisfaction at the sound of paintballs thwacking against armor. By judging on where I thought the shadows were, I was able to calculate where the actual person was and make my shots off that. I shot off several more rounds, shooting at least a quater dozen people before feeling something hit my armor heavily, making me keel backwards. I couldn't tell what color, but I knew that it was a paintball. I was finally out. I hadn't won, but at least I hadn't completely lost, either. Besides, I had had fun while doing it and managed to not make a total fool of myself.
Grinning, I jumped to my feet and pulled off my helm, following Emi's voice to stand beside her. I hugged her, inhaling her scent before letting go. I said to her, "Thanks so much Emi. I had so much fun!" I kept the genuine smile on my face the entire time I said this.

Sad news, guys: I'm leaving :( I love this SB and wish it THE BEST of luck, but I have to leave YWS for a while. As for my characters, lets just say that Jed is called onto an important world tour. And Ace and Collen moved back in with Ace's mom because she needs them (we'll just say that she's sick or something).

But anyways, bye, I'll miss you guys. And it was a pleasure hanging with you :D

I would believe that's where I would come in to take up a spot or two. If the maker of this would like I could take over for Dragonette, well not take over her character's but mine would work as a roman character. and if needed I have a second female greek character, so its up to the maker of this.

Aw, Dragonette! <3 I wish you the best of luck in whatever you had to leave to do!

MasterLHeart: I'm the creator of this, actually. I don't need anymore greeks, or girls really, so unless you have a great idea for one stay roman and boy. If you want to take over Dragonette's character's...ask her. I'm not sure how I feel about that. Also, I forgot to say so earlier- but could you make your prof a wee bit longer? Thank you!

Hey guys? Remember, all un-storybook posts go to DT. Drag's leaving is an exeption, but if you don't post and comment, direct comments there! Thanks! :D

Mini Mavor

It didn't take long for me to get hit. All I had to do was stand in the middle of the field, despite Jaiden's loud whispers to hide. I was rather pleased for that. Means time to think while people shoot eachother to their hearts content. I sat on a rock with Jaiden, watching the remaining players hide and run through the field. I made sure to pay close attention to everyone's paintball guns. It was interesting. Just with a click, you could send a paintball miles with power!

"Amazing," I whispered.

"What?"

Oops, forgot Jaiden was there. Immediately, I run my hand through my hair and rubbed the red mark on my arm, where the paintball mark was before I washed it off.

"I mean, how long I was in the game for. It's a record for me," I said with a laugh.

"20 seconds?" Jaiden raised an eyebrow. I nodded.

"20 seconds."

Phew. That was a close one. if people knew how much I long to discover new things, I would be the nerdy Aphrodite girl. God, Mia would definitely look down on me. Can't have that happen, can we? But it won't. I'm still my hot self, with plenty more eventful days to come. I started tapping my foot on the ground. Stupid ADHD.

"What was that book you were reading before?" I asked. Jaiden looked at the sky.

"Pride and Prejudice?" he answered.

"Lovely book," I said. He nodded, as if he was unsure.

"Why are you asking?"

"I felt like it," I said, turning my head away to hide the pinkness appearing only cheeks.

(Hope this was fine! Haven't posted since how long? Got auditions coming up. :) )

~Trini Marks- Apollo

As the game passed on, we stayed in , fighting as a team. I liked it. That Avalon guy ruined it. As the poisonous paint ball connected with my helm, it forced me back, probably resulting in a minor concussion; I didn't let myself think of that , I was disappointed in the fact that Cailan had to fight alone. I felt like I had just let him down.

"Trini? Are you alright?" Cailan asked.

"Yeah, I'm okay. My head hurts though. Oh no, this means you'll have to fight alone isn't it." My head was spinning , I was hard to get those word past my lips.

"It's alright, you helped until now, I'm glad of that. Now let me win this game for us." Cailan answered sending me a confident smile. I smiled back , hoping it didn't look to weak.

"Good luck, Cailan" I said , before leaving the field.

By the time I was off the field, The game was between only two people. I couldn't believe I was within the last three standing the match. personal record for me. I had complete faith in Cailan, I knew he could win the game for us. I took off my helm to clean it , I was to busy anticipating the game to notice that I had gotten my finger in it. I hissed in pain and dropped the armor , I couldn't let it seep into my skin. I quickly washed off my hand and dried it before most of the poison could be absorbed. I was a bit dizzy , but that was it. This poison was potent, even the smallest amount could send you spiraling into illusions.

My hair was sticking to my face , my messy bun , now flat from the helmet. The way it felt was bothering me. I pulled my hair tie out and slipped it around my wrist, letting my hair fall down my shoulders. I brushed my fingers through it and pulled it back up into my usual just as a whistle came from behind me.

It didn't take long for a Mini to get out- no matter how much I yelled for her to hide, she paid me no mind. I thought she might've hired me to be her partner so I could show her the ropes, but...apparently not. She got shot within a minute of the game, but she actually seemed pretty happy as she sauntered off the field. There was no way I was going to let her sit off field alone- what kind of gentlemen would that make me? Wait- did that sound wrong? Jeez, forget it. So anyways, I walked out from my spot and as soon as I could blink I had blue paint splattered all over me. With faint grin, I walked off the field and followed after the daughter of Aphrodite.

We sat on a rock, just off the field, and I tried to ignore the faint rumbling of my stomach. Mini seemed to be intrested in watching the field, and a few pointless word were exchange until Mini caught my ear again.

"What's that book you were reading before?" Mini asked.

I looked to the sky, a bit embarrased that she had seen me reading. It was probably expected, given my heritage, but I didn't think Mini had been watching me. You know, after the wink.

"Pride and Prejudice?" I half-answer, knowing that to lie would be fatal.

"Lovely book," she replied.

I nodd, suprised at her knowledge of the book, even if it was a fairly romantic one. "Why are you asking?" I question, curious about this Aphrodite child who seemed to be hiding all kinds of suprises.

"I felt like it." Mini said.

Faint blush seemed to appear underneath her perfectly made-up cheeks before she turned her head away. I lean back on the rock, feeling the sun on my face. I pondered for a brief moment the girl on the rock besides me. There seemed to be a little more beneath her undeniablely beautiful appearance than she was letting on. Intresting. I was appealed, intruiged. Meaning there was a very unlikely chance I would be walking away anytime soon. I decided to drop the subject of 'Pride and Prejudice.'

"I'm guessing you've been at camp for awhile?" I ask, thinking.

"Yeah." Mini replied lazily. "Are you asking to refer to my amazing paintball skills?"

I smiled. "Naw, just wondering if we could go on a tour or something. Guess not."

Mini rolled on her side, a flirty grin lighting up her face. "I've never seen the smart kids cabin though. Maybe you could be kind enough to show me?"

I smile, again, trying not to show that that was what I was hoping for. Before I could take the chance to think it over intelligently, I nodded and offered my hand for Mini to take. She pulled herself up just as the bell rung, signifying the end of the deathball tournament. I didn't even look back.

Hope this okay, although a bit backwards. XD
