So I've got a lot of art that I've been working on, and I figured I'd post it here and see what everyone thought : )

First off, a wolf that I drew. It's a referenced picture, of course. Here it is in black and white and again in chalk:



Here's the perfect example as to why I adore prismacolors. First the line art, then the first version colored in with your every day, run of the mill map colors and then the prismacolors. This is a tattoo i'll be getting for my birthday, but the actual tat will have a banner that says "Love Never Dies" I was honestly too lazy to take the time on the lettering...





Next is a character I drew for my story, Hellhounds, I took down the first two chapters but I might bring it back:





Lastly, a Phoenix that was highly referenced, although the colors are all my own:

Wow. O.o You draw SO well. The detail in your drawings is incredible! The coloration (is that the right word?) of Finn is really cool! The tattoo looks awesome as well! Thanks for posting this!

And, In response to your taking down Hellhounds, I offer this as a rebuttal. Ahem: BRING IT BACK. It's awesome! It'd be a shame to let it end! I want more sandwich commentary! (OMmmmmNommmm Spatziers)(did I spell that right?) (And the action-y bits were nice too XD) So many unanswered questions that I want answered! I need my steampunk fix! For I'm a steampunk junky (HA! I'm funny!) And I will not be denied (Hopefully?) I want to know whats going to happen! (To put it bluntly.) Anyway, Thanks for the post! Toodles for now!

These are really great! I wish I could draw like this....
I especially like the (soon to be) tattoo. It's really creative! The phoenix is AMAZING! I could continue on but the morale is: You rock at art! I love good art work (though I can't do it myself) and I really appreciate it too. I know how much work goes into it.
ANd I totally agree with the whole prismacolor thing. With the prismacolors the image was much clearer.

Great drawings! I love them all. I was shocked at how well the Prisma colours make the drawings so fabulous. I guess I have to throw my Faber Castell colours in the trash now. But not only the colours that make your drawings look good, you are a great artist!

Drawing #1: I like the colors. Did you use chalk in both drawings? The one on the right had too much chalk used in the background. It would have been better if you have used the yellows around the moon to make the it look brighter or a dark blue sky. Like I've mentioned before, the excessive use of the chalk made the details on the wolf's face disappear. I like the one on the left more.

Drawing #2: This drawing is really fantastic and the colours even make it look better. ( prisma colours of course

Drawing #3: The character makes me feel excited for reading your novel. It's pretty interesting, however, I'm quite bothered by his giant looking legs. But, I like the his outfit, the boots and his hair, all look great.

Drawing #4: I don't know what to say about that picture except for I love love love the colours.

But first... You took down Hellhounds???????!!! Why?? That was a really good story! I was so excited for it! The characters and setting was so much fun (I mean, steampunk? Who wouldn't love that? ) I really hope you get that started back up and don't abandon it.

So I already saw most of these, but I'll comment on the ones that are new to me xD

Colored pic of tattoo is really cool The prismacolor version is tons better, the bright colors almost remind me of acid in a way, especially since that hand is that weird shade of green. I could see this pic being like... a design for notebooks or something if you would add an extra-crazy colored background to it.

Love the phoenix!!! I know you said it was highly referenced, but it's really fun to look at. Did you outline it in colored pencil first, rather than regular pencil? Of course it goes without saying that I love the colors, but if it was me I'd take out the black shadows you added around it, they just look a bit too scribble compared to the rest of the clean drawing and it's kinda distracting.

This makes me want prismacolors so bad! But I'm probably just going to ask for another digital art program instead xP

I like the wolf too. I actually painted a wolf from neck up, but yeah. That's kind of pointless information.

Anyway, I love the character for the Hellhounds story. You draw so good. I can barely manage portraits. All my full length stuff looks distorted. Ha.

I tried reading the King's of None, but was deleted. Sad.

Why'd you delete it?
