Well, I guess I should introduce myself too. You can call me Mathlete, but just ignore the math part. I like writing also. I mostly write fantasy, and what I'm working on right now is called Fire the Catapults. I already finished and bound it for an English project, but I still need to go back and revise it quite a bit. I've only had one peer to talk to about writing novels for a long time, so I'm glad to finally have people critique my work.
Hi! I just found this cool-lookin' website, which is really based on a stellar idea, and thought I'd join up. I love poetry, plays, novels, essays, song lyrics... Did I miss anything? At the heart of my love for writing and reading is my desire to communicate experience, dreams, and passion with the world. Because of this, I'm also studying languages other than English. I would really appreciate the "grammar Nazis" for correcting any mistakes I might make. Correction is like a cattle prod for learning.

To change your avatar go to hover over "My YWS" until the drop-down box comes up and pick from any of them. Avatar/Picture is for your avatar, obviously xD, and your profile picture. Miscellaneous is your featured works and changing your password. Personal info is your signature, location, favorites, etc. and My Preferences is which layout you want.

Well, I have enjoyed writing for as long as I have been able to do so. Unfortunately, I seem to lack the ability to finish a story. Hopefully a supportive and creative atmosphere will help me with my problems.
I've always had problems getting far in the books I've tried to write. I still haven't finished one, but I certainly got farther than before when I came here. And I found poetry. I found my niche.
But everyone here is definitely very supportive. It's great:)
