The Various Tiring Aspects of Dreaming Too Deep

Hello, all. You can call me ... well, call me Dream Deep, because I'm a terribly important agent for the CIA, and if I told you my real name it would blow my cover, and we can't have that, now can we? Morn Hyland works, Katja Rechenko works, and if you're not actually reading this "Hey you!" works just as well. As for my real name - well, I'll keep you guessing. After all, who is going to get the Imp out of communist China if not the deep dreamer? Ah... lets see. So, I'm a pianist. And in the moments of time when the Piano Gods are not being benevolent, I am a writer. The current projects are The Chair of Wind & Darkness , The Piano Player , "Silence is Golden" and "Rise, Rise". And when I'm not slaving away over those, I'm working, and when work ceases to be available, I'm hauling my way through capricious college applications that never seem to reach their conclusion. What else? I listen to music more than is probably healthy - my brother says he worries for my hearing, but I get the impression that his concern stems from the fact that our bedrooms share a wall and he gets tired of hearing my stereo. Rammstein, Zemfira, Maksim Mrvica, Sting, Genesis, Yes, Leningrad, Ruslana, Eisbrecher, Wolfsheim, Laibach... the good stuff. I've also spent a good deal of time lately researching my geneological line and ancestry: half of it derived from Slovakia, Hungary, Ukraine, Poland and the rest of that ever-shifting region of Eastern Europe, the other half firmly in the realm of Germany. Ahhh... let's see. What else? (The sheer amount of wandering around and wandering what to say should be testament enough to my oh-so-riveting life). Ah yes, and now for the boring details. My brother - that would be the one with a peculiar aversion to my pounding German death metal...though he listens to it as well, for some reason? - is also on the site as 'Ivan Gregoryavich Polenin'. There's something about Mrvica that I'm not going to launch into explanation about, there's something about Plushenko that only the few of you who have read two certain blog entries of mine would get, there's something about a Rammstein concert and running around backstage screaming "Ich liebe dich!" (as Suzanne so eloquently put it), there's semi-consigliere-ness in CCF, there's a war in the Character Answer Game that's really too confusing to recount in its entirety... ... and there's also something about a St. Petersburg Trip, and if it manages to happen as planned, we'll, ah, bring you back some snow. ;)

... You didn't meet me in Wellington. I had to go bungee jumping all by myself - terribly lonely, you know, and I had booked us two seats at the airport. ^_~

Maybe I could drag the Imp our bungee jumping? Even with a fear of heights, da? As you said, nothing quite like being flung at break-neck speed towards the ground to cast off dejection. ^_^
