Hey everyone! This is about someone I really loved, but I'm not sure that person exists anymore. Anyways tell me what you think about the title please. And also about the poem of course :) Please I really, really need to know if I'm using the paragraphs right and all the punctuation so be critical of that I guess. Check out my other work if you'd like, it would be appreciated :)

A family,
Is supposed to be a family,
No matter what the weather.

You've chosen we're not good enough for you,
So stay away.

You've left a permanent scar
On all our hearts.
You took a small piece of us all
Our lives, our souls, our hearts.

You reopen our wounds
Blood on the floor,
Tears in our eyes,
Pain in our hearts.

But be careful
One day these wounds will heal.

You're not who you used to be
You changed for that witch.
You made one decision
And now you're clay in her hands.

You died to us
When you were reborn for her.

Don't lie to me anymore
I won't give you the any more chances to.

You should know
That you're not fooling anyone.
Your lies and sweet talk
Only blind us for a moment.

You're turning into her.

I constantly cry for your soul.

I dream of your death, of hers too.
My heart cries out in dreams,
Telling me how I really feel,
Giving me insight.

You chose three disgusting, soul-less monsters
Over your beautiful family.
You threw away your reputation,
Your profession.

I just hope you figure out
Just what you've left behind.

Great Poem.
I have a problem with this line though,"I won't give you the any more chances to"; I think it should be "I won't give you any more chances to".Good writing.
'when I'm gone, my words will remain...
your word is a weapon, either of destruction or re-construction, whatever you make of it,
It's your choice.'

this was a very deep message. i really liked the general idea of the poem, but it was kind of jumbled when it came to words, if you know what i mean...i liked the line "clay in her hands" that was good imagery. i think you should go back to this poem and flush it out a little, get rid of any unnecessary word/s. the line "you died to us" doesn't really make sense, but then again it kind of does when you think about it. i think the line about "no matter what the weather" was pretty clever! i liked the poem, but again, you need to flush it out! keep up the great writing! :) and please check out my poems too :) i hope you like them ("Forgotten Domain", "Cumulus Prison")

this was a very deep poem and i love how it's written, very straight forward and telling about how a person changed all because of someone else and leading to the hurt of a family.some words were jumbled up and some lines have words that dont fit in.maybe if you could go back and fix it,the poem will be perfect,no mistakes. great job!

It remind of me of the messy divorce my family went through. That emotion between the lines is strong and heartfelt. The flow was nice, although lacked consistency. This could be gained by almost "plotting" your events. So making sure that the stanza's do not repeat in meaning, and if they do it must be in an significant manner. I love the "I dream of your death, of hers too". It doesn't scare me as a reader, it actually invites me deeper in the emotion. Thank you for your great work! Never stop writing!
