I'm falling for this guy
hoping I can stay grounded
even though i can feel
myself flying

I don't want to fall for him
cause what if he doesn't feel the same
Then I seem like a fool
cause there is nothing I can do

He is so sweet and so kind
I wonder how i can make him mine
Nothing matters when I see his smile
or hear his sweet words
He has me completely under his control

I dont like feeling this way
It makes me feel vulnerable
I trust him enough to not hurt me
even though I have trouble trusting people

I'm taking a big chance with falling for him
and I cant change that I am
I hope that I dont get burned
and fall to pieces

He can brighten my day up so easily with his smile
he can make my heart melt with the kind words he says
he can make me feel loved with his warm hugs.
I really hope one day he seems how much he means to me.

Ok, so first off, this seemed way too abrupt to be a poem. You tell the reader everything without trying to disguise it with imagery or anything. It should have a hint of mystery or something. Also, your rhythm was a bit awkward in places, so I think this would be better as a song, if the music goes along with your rhythm. Last line should be sees instead of seems. Also, it bugs me that you have no punctuation and it seems like you just randomly decided where to put capital letters. So, please punctuate! :D Other than that, it was good, I liked the theme, you just told too much. Also, you have no introduction at all. You just jump right into saying your falling for this guy, and I didn't really like that. I think you could have found a better first line. I guess that's all, I hope my review wasn't too harsh. It was a good poem, just needs some work.

I'm really touched deep down inside by your poetry. The emotions you've put into it just filled my eyes. I would suggest that you work more on the poetry than the emotions. It didn't quite feel like a poem. Like in the second para, instead of 'Then I seem like a fool' you can write, 'Then I'll feel like a fool.' But keep it up! :)
