Not bad! I can't say it appeals to me too much personally (aside from the fact that it's got another user's name on it, lol!), but it's obvious you've worked with pixel art before. I don't much care for the blinking -- or at least, how quickly it's blinking. It feels a little unnecessary, to me. Is there a subtler effect you could try?
The only other piece of criticism I have is that it's strange to have a 4 beside each letter, when in her username, there's only one. Perhaps you could try just adding one 4, at the bottom, like a postscript to the Y?
Cute! Manty4 must be pretty happy. Did your family all blan their names? Shiney1, Manty4, Bunty6, It's cool! I like the avatar, although you're probably not looking for reviews on this. . . but still. i think a firework in the background would make it more. . . exciting. But it's fine how it is. What program did you use to make it? Gimp?Is Gimp a program? I've never heard of it.
So you say that this is made by your sister? I guess she is pretty talented. As much as you are.
I really have to admit. You both can actually make Avatars to well! I wonder how you do it. So far, even if they are small, they sure look like you have taken up a lot of effort and have tried your best to make these things possible and liked.
