Cherry Blossoms and a Faucet

Hey everyone! Here are new photos that I took:
I took this during spring time, so lots of trees were vibrant, one tree caught my attention; the Cherry Blossom in my front yard that's blossoming. The tree was blooming with white blossom and some pink, although the only thing I hate when I was taking this shot is that it was sunny, I could have considered myself lucky if it was a bit cloudy. The sun's rays which had a yellow hue overshadowed the pink and white color of the tree. So I edited it to emphasize the white-colored blossoms in the tree. This is for Persephoneia. 8D

I took this one on a rainy day, water droplets were dripping from the mouth of the faucet and it was pretty foggy during this time, so I could have took the gloomy part but a hut was obstructing the way.

As usual, I say, your photography is amazing! I loved the pictures It captures more emotion than anything else I've seen. Great work ^_^

Awesome pictures! I love the one with the dripping faucet. I'm sorry, but this is going to be really short because there's nothing I think you should fix.

These look fantastic. You managed to capture a lot of emotion in just a few pictures. I really want to see the unedited photos, just because the filter is strong. Again looks fantastic.

That's very creative. I really like the faucet. The tree is nice. And I like the way the colours look. Good job.

I absolutely love the pictures. The photography was a little dark, but I don't mind. If you had used flash, they would have just looked worse.

1: The first one was my favorite, it was absolutely great. Did you know that 'Sakura' was what you called 'Cherry Blossoms' in Japanese?

Sometimes people are called 'Sakura', sometimes in famous Anime or Manga, such as: 'Cardcaptor Sakura'. Yep, her name is Sakura.

2: I didn't like this one too much, but I guess it was okay. The dew drops give it a nice effect. Since a hut is obstructing the way, I would think that this was probably outside (the tap, I mean).

Where did you take the pictures, anyway? You are pretty good when it comes to Photography. I have also noticed that you put your name everywhere . . .

Very nice ^_^ I even like your signature lol. You're really smart with editing, you know just how to make an ordinary pic look good. The faucet was my favorite of the two. It felt more creative, and I'm tired of seeing art of trees and flowers x)

Hey VitaminCakes! You obviously have a great eye, and it's great that you remembered to include more in your photos than just special effects. I like how, in the second picture, you blurred the background, thus achieving excellent focus in the foreground (faucet). My only nitpick is the signature. It's great to know that you will always be credited for your work even if somebody copies and pastes it onto their own site or blog, but I think signatures detract from the photos nonetheless. With a little bit of coding, you could get it so that whenever somebody copies your photo, you will be cited by text underneath. Other than this, fabulous work. I'd like to see more of your photography!

Hey Vitamin Cakes

#1 - This one is very pretty and I really like the editing you have done to kind of make it look old. My only nit pick is that there is kind of no focal point to this photo even though it's really nice. And beyond the initial 'Oh, that's pretty.' there isn't much else to it that would keep my interest for long.

#2 - This is my favourite of the two just because I can think more about a story that might go with this and it interests me more but that might just be personal taste! What I would say though is that I wish you had maybe gone a little more right to get a kind of angled shot of the tap rather than one from behind. Just so there is a little more focus on the drip and then perhaps the drip would've been composed in the arch part of the tap. (sorry when I say tap I mean faucet!) xD

Otherwise these are good! Keep it up!
