Have you ever experienced a moment that was so surreal that you weren't sure whether or not it truly happened? Ever go through a whole day, and wake up the next morning wondering if it had all been just a crazy dream? Now picture going through your entire life that way; not knowing whether or not what you were doing was real, or just some bizarre portion of your imagination. Stumbling around in a world you weren't even sure existed.

That's basically been my life over the past three months. If you had asked me three months ago whether I was capable of the things I was destined to do, I'd have told you that you were out of your mind. If you asked me today if I was somewhat of a monster... somewhat of a killer... I would tell you that you are absolutely correct.

It's been a long, terrifying three months- months that I simply wish I could forget. I've done things I'm not at all proud of, things that belong to a nightmare, not my life.
But it is my life. Real, or unreal, it's the world I live in. The world I am forced to live in.
I used to love Levi Andrews. There was such a raw passion between us that it was too easy to picture the rest of our lives together. Before I met Levi, I didn't know where I'd be in ten years. After falling in love with him, it had all been crystal clear.
Like most high school relationships, ours didn't last long.
However, our relationship ended for reasons that you couldn't dream of imagining.
I guess now would be a good time to explain that over the past three months, the world I once knew to be safe and sane turned into a world I would've otherwise believed to be strictly fantasy. Without my permission, I became a part of this fantasy world, where nothing made sense, except for one simple fact: I could not be in love with Levi anymore.
Instead, I had to kill him.

This is my story. My retelling of what happened to me, my friends, my family... what happened to my life. Reader, this is your warning: it's not pretty. And it's not at all what you are probably thinking at this moment, for it so, so much more.

Who am I?
What am I, for that matter?
You'll learn in due time.
But don't say I didn't warn you.

OOOO I WANT MORE!! Better get the rest of you story up here before i go insane!!
I'm not inclined to resign to maturity.
If it's alright, then you're all wrong.
But why bounce around to the same damn song?
I know, you know, that I'm not telling the truth.
I know, you know, they just don't have any proof.
Your worst inhibition's gonna psych you out in the end.

Holy moly, that is good! Please tell me you have more to this. So suspenseful, great imagery, the warning. Draws the reader right in. I have one single nitpick:
Have you ever experienced a moment that was so surreal that you weren't sure whether or not it truly happened? Ever go through a whole day, and wake up the next morning wondering whether it had all been just a crazy dream?

You might want to reconsider the paragraph break. You don't really need it. Anyway, keep writing. You have a talent. Your grammar is also dead on.

Wow! You had me hooked from the first sentence. Excellent attention-grabber. Now I'm curious and dying to know what happened and why.

There's nothing to nit-pick, nor is there anything I didn't like about this. I wouldn't change anything at all.

That's everything I can think of to say except this: What a well-written prologue! I will be anticipating the next chapter, please do post it soon.

Best writing wishes!

Holy goodness!! More, more, I need more!! This is an amazing prologue!! It pulled the reader in and sets up the story you are about to tell. The intro is always important because people wouldn't want to read a story if they weren't immediately drawn in. It's similar to the first sentence in a speech. People needn't get bored for they might just stop reading. You hit the nail on top of the head with this!! Oh my goodness it was good. I was, as Pretty Crazy said, pulled in by the first sentence! Beautiful job! Post the other chapters so I can read more because I really, really want to!! Also, I didn't see any grammar errors, so nothing I see that you might need to fix. Good job! Again, more more, need more! :D

I wish i could write like this. The way your narrate is so unique, I love it. Pretty much everything I wanted to say has already been said, though even if your prologue had been boring I'd keep reading your story just to read more of this writing style.
I really, really like it.
