The other daffodil drawing I ended up finishing. Marker, printer paper, and watercolor. Yeah. Watercolor on printer paper. I'm not sure how I can explain that reasoning right there.
I like this a lot The lines are really gorgeous, with the overall dark feeling. The watercolor makes a nice background as well, printer paper or no printer paper. I don't really have any critique for you. This looks nice! Keep on drawing!
I really liked the first version of this. This version looks like it should be part of CD cover or something. The background gives it a whole new emotional tone. The Lines are so clean what kind of marker did you use?
This is beautiful. I saw your other daffodil work too, with the yellow background. I must say I like this one a lot better. Like said, your lines are so clean it's incredible!! I wonder, would it be possible to put a light, light, very light coat of coloring over the daffodil? Maybe if you did it on a photo editing program? If you did a washed out color on the daffodil, I think it would put a more impacting effect on the image.
I am really astounded at the watercoloring I wanted to add. You did it just right so that it appears textured. I love it. Great job. I also wanted to applaud you in that you kept the watercolor on the outside of the markered lines. Typically watercolor bleeds all over the place, it takes skill to keep it where it's supposed to be.
Hi there! Wow, this is amazing! You watercolored the background? It looks so dark and mysterious, well, to me! The daffodil is marker? Wow, it looks amazing! I can't really give you any tips and pointers since I'm not a very good artist, but honestly, I love your picture! It is beautiful! Amazing job and keep it up!
Hi, I really like the black and white effect. It causes the daffodil to really take the stage and demand attention. Keep doing black and white images, you're really good at them! I love this picture!
