You were always so sweet,

So kind,

My angel,

My Grandma.

You helped me without knowing it,

and I regret never telling you it

I love you,

I’ll miss you,

Your leaving soon,

And I just can't say,

All the things I want to say.

I'm glad your not in pain,

But now your weak,

It's mean to say,

But I'd wish you go,

On to a better place,

You see glimpses of it know,

But it can only get better,

So go up above,

Don't worry about us,

We'll be fine,

God has blessed us,

With an Angel in you,

But you are too good,

For us to keep,

So go home,

I feel like I'm intruding a little by reviewing just because your poem was so heartfelt and solemn. All I can say is that that was really, really deep and actually made me tear up a little bit. Your grandma must have been really special to you.

Alright, so, I'm not questioning whether or not this poem was from the heart: I could tell that it was sincere. However, and please don't think me insensitive, some of the expressions and phrases used were a little cliched...like: 'you are my angel'. To put this poem forward in a more heartfelt manner, I'd enlarge on the sweet, angelic actions of your grandmother, and explain how they made you feel. I'm sorry if I'm being little harsh, but I think that this poem could be made more emotive. As well,
