This is pretty cute, as shown by the number of non-review comments. However I looked at this a little too long and now have a few comments.
My first one is the colouring. You don't follow the lines, while if you notice in a lot of alot drawings that's the one thing that's consistent. Even though the fur is really spiky and hard to colour in well, try to clean up the colouring so it doesn't look like you only had fat-tipped pens to draw with. That also applies to the eyes. Some of the shading you used spilled onto the eyes and they're not quite white. It ruins the effect.
The claws, too, could use a bit of cleaning up. The triangle outlines sometimes cross at the corners and the colouring isn't too consistent.
I do commend you on the fur's shading itself, though. You've got some really realistic colouring to make the alot look shaggy.
I know this isn't exactly a perfect thing but cleaning it up a bit would make this look more like an actual Alot drawing.
