The students of Fairview range in age from 12-19. The total of students I will be accepting is 20.

The School
Fairview Academy is nestled high in the mountains of Washington state.

Pretty self-explanatory. Each dorm room consists of 2 twin beds, a dresser, a table with two chairs, two desks with chairs, 2 computers, and a stocked bookshelf. Each dorm is shared by 2 people.

The Curriculum
Each student is expected to attend all regular core subjects as well as their major class. If a student isn't majoring in an art/sports class (lists above the submission form), then they are in AP/AAP classes. (AP= 1 grade level above standard, AAP= 2 grade levels above standard.)

Full Name: Logan "Hotshot" Douglas
Age: 16
Appearance: Extremely handsome, with close-cropped light-brown hair and a perfect half-smile. Can usually be found in casual jeans and a t-shirt.

Major: Football
Personality: Very egotistical, frowns upon everyone else and thinks himself superior to all. Though everyone is in utter adoration of Logan, they don't know how egocentric he is. Despite that fact that Logan is the quarterback of the football team and all of the girls (and most of the guys, too) fawn over him, he has few, if any, real friends. This is because of his lack of respect for his peers.
Biography: Ever since Logan was just a little boy, everything was just handed to him. He didn't have to work for anything at all. By the time he was about 10, he was sick of it and wanted some succes that he himself would earn. So, he started football. He was very talented, and was soon a local celebrity. His parents, however, could care less about his achievements and never attended a single one of his football games. By the time he was 11, he had earned the love of everyone around him, and he got so absorbed in it that he let it go to his head. It hasn't come out yet. His parents shipped him off to Fairview in hopes to straighten him out.
Strengths/Weaknesses: Strengths: Good looks, football skills. Weaknesses: Although he is suave, charming, and intelligible on the outside, he is awkward and clumsy on the inside. He, as mentioned before, is also incredibly vain and egotistical.

Full Name: Maybelline Almay Thomas- goes by "Lena"
Age: 15
Appearance: Sleek black hair with defined waves that hangs just below shoulders, striking gray eyes, and high, curved cheekbones. Can usually be found in a classy spaghetti-strap tank top with distressed jeans and black wedge sandals.

Major: Hip-hop dance
Personality: Very outgoing and fun to be with, Lena can make light of any situation. She is the first person who students call when they need a pick-me-up or need some consoling. She is popular, but for the right reasons. She never skips class and is always a straight-A student. She is an extraordinary dancer.
Biography: Lena grew up in a fortunate family that loved her and cared for her very much. She started dancing at the age of eight and this is her first year at Fairview.
Strengths/Weaknesses: Strengths: A very good student, naturally very pretty. She is a hard worker and she has lots of friends who support her in every way.
Other: Lena is in a relationship with Corey, a 15-year-old boy who is attending a nearby Washington public school.

Full Name: Luke Pettaworth

Age: Between fifteen and sixteen.

Appearance: Luke looks like your average surfer dude. With blonde hat hair, and quirky blue eyes that look like the ocean themselves. Luke holds himself in a cocky grace; a fliratious smile always plastered to his sun bronzed face. The fifteen year old boy has a lithe, runner's build and a strong calf muscles and broad shoulders.

Luke always wears his trademark yellow bandana around his neck, plucking at the ragged ends when he gets nervous. He's normal height, maybe just towering over 5 foot 10. You wouldn't notice Luke out of a crowd as your ordinary teenager though this boy has more tricks up his sleeves then the Joker himself. And I mean literally. Usually there is scarves or cards wound under his jacket just waiting for him to spring them upon unsuspecting students. In two words: watch out!

Major: Track

Personality: Luke is mischievous. Ever since he was a little child he'd do something that would cause a lot of trouble like stealing someone's wheelchair when they were sleeping, or placing hot glue all over the chairs in the casino and recording people's reactions when they couldn't get up. Other then that little trait, Luke has hundreds of different personalities such as a casanova, weeping willow, cunning sam...you name it, he'll fake it. Really he only does this so he can get inside your head more, something his mother had taught him when he was still with her.

Biography: Luke's mum is a pyschic. She preforms in casinos all over America with her fake seances, mind reading and tarot cards. Luke travelled around when he was younger with his mother's troupe, being homeschooled by his mother's off and on again boyfriend. Usually Luke was left out the picture to fend for himself (only sometimes was he allowed to join the magic show), as his mother took over the stage leaving him in the crowd only to awe at the terrible tricks she was playing on desperate people.

Luke hated his mother for this. He disliked it so much that one day when they were preforming a giant gig in LA, Luke snuck away from the scene and seeped out into the streets of the great city. It wasn't long before children services found Luke and handed him to a home and it wasn't long either that he abandoned it and was then found a few weeks later by the same services. It was his last family that decided instead of trying to tame him, like many others had tried and failed to do, they'd send him to the boarding school with other children and let the mannered effect of the school rub off of him. Unlikely.

Strengths/Weaknesses: His strengths are track, which he excels better at then even his own magic tricks, his cunning nature, magic tricks and getting inside someone's head; and his mean ability to make a cheese and tomato sandwich blind folded. Luke's mundane weaknesses are that he speaks out of turn, he cares to much about what people think of him, but more importantly: his mother. Even a whisper about the Great Alexandra will send into a spiralling sadness that he won't come out of easily. Just a warning, aye?

Other: Up for love. Other then that, Luke still preforms magic for extra bucks and because he likes to mess with people's heads. Before he had run away, Luke's mother had taught him a lot about learning people's behaviour, words and actions to manipulate them so he'd look like he had supernatural abilities. Because of this, most people think he's a magician because he can somehow guess the hardships you've gone through and relay your life story as if he had lived through it himself. He's a mastermind in disguise -- well, if you can call a blumbering idiot a mastermind.

Name: Priscilla Danish

Age: 19

Appearance: She has long black hair with three locks of fringe on her forehead. She has brown eyes, and wears a teddy bear hat as her signature. She often wear a sleeveless vest.


Major: Arts/Philosophy

Personality: Priscilla is a self-proclaimed genius. She calls herself the smartest girl with a head. She is egoistic and has a good sense of pride but that doesn't mean she hates to engage with other people. She loves to socially interact but with caution. She doesn't want to get too involve with people. She is very skeptical on any information that people gives to her, and often stick to any information that she has found.

Biography: Priscilla is diagnosed with a mental problem where she sees people with no heads-literally. To her world, everyone is beheaded. Any other person who ahd heads were people who were literally beheaded. Despite being told of her condition, Priscilla is still true to her title as the smartest girl with a head, and loves to point out to other people that they have no head. Furthermore, because of her condition, she can see a lot of blood squirting from their necks.

Strength/ weaknesses: Priscilla's main strength is her ego. She is embarrassed when the "headless" knew a lot more knowledge in a certain topic than her.

Biography:
She has an amazing talent (tell me if I have to change this) for theater, and thats her life. Her parents sent her here to help her learn how to act. She always has a passion for Ballet.

Saves a spot! It's mine and you can't have it.

I should like to save a spot. My brain isn't working currently but I believe my character will be a girl, who is either majoring in soccer...possibly volleyball...or a film genius. I'm leaning towards film genius but I'm also incredibly tired and don't have the energy to choose. I will post a full (decisive) profile on the morrow.

Full Name: Tracy Joan (everyone calls her Tracy Joan - like, it's her everyday name) Lions

Age: 16

Appearance: Tracy Joan stands at exactly five feet eleven inches. She's a very strong girl with muscular arms, legs, and abs. She has extremely long blonde hair, gray eyes, and pale skin with light freckles across her nose and cheekbones.

Major: Football

Personality: Tracy Joan believes that woman can do anything and she strongly fights for woman's rights and equality. She's untolerant of cockyness, false stupidity, and egoistical people, and is likely to say whatever is on her mind at the moment. However, she's a very sweet girl who has a passion for the game, and she won't let anything get in her way. Tracy Joan is very humorous and is very very sarcastic. But she's a good listener and a great friend. Tracy Joan is extremely outgoing and is extremely opinionated.

Biography: Tracy Joan was named after Tracy Chapman and Joan Jett, two very influential women. She was raised by her moms (no, that was not a typo), who are technically her aunts. You see, when Tracy Joan was a month old, her mother disapeared, nowhere to be found, and her father didn't think he would be able to care for her on his own, so he gave her to his sister and his sister's wife. Despite this fact, Tracy Joan's father practically lived with them, all but sleeping the night. Emily (momma), Julia (mummy), and Shawn (daddy) all raised Tracy Joan as a strong woman, telling her she could do anything that she set her mind to, telling her that woman are just as great, even better, than men. And, well, she wanted to play football. Tracy Joan was a very big tomboy as a child, she still is but a little less, and all of her guy friends were playing football, so she wanted to, too. At age six, Tracy Joan started to play football. She instantly fell in love. Tracy Joan has been picked on for her entire life, because of her moms and because of her football, but she never let it bug her. She loves her moms and she loves football, so she doesn't care what others think.

Strengths/Weaknesses: Strengths - Football, is very quick and witty, she's very strong, and she's very opinionated. Weaknesses - She's not the best at keeping her temper, and she always speaks what's on her mind. She can also be a little clumsy sometimes, but never in football.

Full Name: Aza Young (pronounced Ah-Zuh)

Age: 15

Appearance: Aza has naturally curly, jet black hair hat goes just past her shoulder blades. Her eyes are a misty blue, she has fair skin with rosy cheeks, and very soft pink lips. She always wears her hat (in the picture). She also is in a wheelchair and is uncapable of using her legs.

Major: She's here because she's disabled, but she's majoring in Voice

Personality: Aza is a very shy, but very sweet girl. She's rather quiet and sometimes will fade into the background, despite her wheelchair. She's not one to speak up, because she's too nice. She's likely to do anything for anyone, because she doesn't like to say no and/or make people upset. Aza loves music and singing and she's nice to everyone, no matter how jerky they are. She's a very likable person and is friends with most people. She's a great friend and an amazing girl.

Biography: Aza grew up with her twin sister, Amelie, in a loving family. Amelie had always been the outgoing one who would go out and do things, whereas Aza stayed inside mostly and learned how to sing. Their mother is a jazz singer and their father works on computers. When Aza and Amelie were ten years old, they were out shoping with their mother. Amelie saw something across the road in a store that she really liked, so she grabbed Aza's hand and they ran into the street. Just then, a truck came rolling by and hit the two off them. It was a direct impact on Amelie, so she died instantly. Aza, however, lived, but she lost the use of her legs. Aza still to this day wakes up in the middle of the night screaming, after a dream of what happened that day.

Strengths/Weaknesses: Strengths: Singing, kindness, watchfulness.
Weaknesses: Too nice, never says no

Other: Up for love. Also, Aza's voice can reach great ranges, ranging from very deep to very high. She's extremely good at it.

Full Name: Nick Burns
Age: 16
Appearance: Nick is of medium stature (5' 7") and has a mop of red hair, a bunch of freckles and bright green eyes, which are clouded because he is blind. He has a fairly athletic build, and always wears black jeans, with various t-shirts and Converse.

Major: Drama, but is taking some Science and Writing courses as well.
Personality: Nick is generally a happy-go-lucky guy who likes to be the center of attention, being an actor. He is also prone to sarcasm, especially when around people that he doesn't particularly like. He dislikes bullies and tries to be friends with everyone, although some people are uncomfortable with his blindness
Biography: Nick is an orphan. He was raised in a federal orphanage and lived there for his whole life until it became clear that he excelled at acting, and he was sent to Fairview. The people in the orphanage do not know how he became blind, but they think it had something to do with the way he was born. His condition always made the others at the orphanage shun him, and he never had many friends. Having lived with his blindness his whole life, he has a highly honed sense of sound, and can actually use a rather primitive form of echolocation to find his way around and to get mental "images" of people and objects.
Strengths/Weaknesses: He is a loyal friend and will always stick by your side. He is an excellent actor, but is also a good writer and has an interest in science, However, sometimes he is overly compulsive, which causes him to do things that get him in trouble.
Other: Up for love.

Full Name: Violet "Vivi" Bungard

Age:15

Appearance: Violet has naturally curly dark blond hair that she virtually never straightens. She has a lithe runner's body, with strong legs and weaker upper body strength. She stands at about 5'5 and is slim, but not overly so.

However, Violet was lucky enough to pull these eyes from her family gene pool.

Violet usually wears extremely nondiscript clothing: Jeans or ruuning shorts topped usually with a funny graphic T or a sleveless blouse, if she's in the mood. One of the more fun features are the fact that her shoelaces on her converse (white based ribbon) and her running shoes (black based ribbon) are, evidently, ribbons. On her flipflops are the orange based ribbon, wrapped around her shoes.


Major: Cross Country

Personality: Violet is a sweet girl, nice to everyone. She's good at making people feel better when their down, and has almost made herself a hobby out of it. Violet believes in second chances, but sometimes has a hard time giving them out herself. She's easy to get along with, but she's not very good at hiding her true feelings towards people. If she likes you, it will be evident. If she doesn't like you, that'll be obvious too. She's not easily frustrated, being that she's one of those people who is almost always happy. However, when something get's her down, it'll really get her down. This is the only time she'll backlash, becoming truly angry. She likes sunshine and happiness, and doesn't like anything to pull her back. Whenever she feel's anything to the extreme's (Extreme sadness, frustration, or confusion) she'll usually go for a long run.

Biography:As much as she wishes she was, Vivi's not one of the people who are here for being a genius.

Violet's mother is a British women, who orginally came to the states after High School to spend some time with family. She met her husband, one of her cousins best friends, during this time. They "fell in love" and before Violet's mother's six month period in the states was over, she was pregnant with Violet. So she stayed in the states and they got married. Violet's mother became a workoholic and grew up, trying to support her new family. Violet's father? He didn't. One day, when she was eleven, she came home from school to see her father cuddled up to a young girl from down the street. All three were shocked, but Vivi's father reacted quickest, telling Vivi that she must NOT tell her mother or bad things would happen. Soon enough, this became a routine. Violet coming home to her father and a woman that wasn't her mother kissing on the couch. Her father started to make a habit out of making fun of her and her mother, even going as far as slapping Vivi when she fought back or stumbled in at the wrong moment. Violet joined the Cross team in seventh grade and it became her relief, getting away from her father. On the last day of school, Vivi came home to her parents arguing in the living room. Her father had one of his mistresses shoved bahing him. Violet was never told what happened, but she does know that her mother enrolled her at Fairview so that her parents could "Sort out their relantionship without the eyes and ears of a mere child around."

Strengths/Weaknesses:Violet's strengths would probably be her running abilities and her sweet, easy to get along with demeanor. Her weaknesses might be her fear of her father and her inability to hide her feelings towards people.

Other:Up for love. She has a slight British accent that kicks up when she's sad or frustrated.

Full Name: Alaska Shawn Lellan

Gender: Male

Age: 16

Appearance: Alaska has a natural blonde-brunette mix of hair, cut shorter in the back, shaved on the sides than the front and top (don't know if I descirbed that right, but follow the picture). Alaska his creamy, earthy green eyes, a straight nose, and a strong jaw. He stands at exactly six feet tall, and is pretty muscular. He has gaged ears, and he usually wears black ones. He'll usually be seen in white t-shirt and jeans or his swim trunks/suit, unless dressing up for a special occasion.

Major: He's a swimmer, but runs cross country and track for fun. However, he's here because he wasn't accepted at his old school.

Personality: Alaska is a pretty easy-going guy with a good sense of humor. He's very kind and tried his best to respect and like everyone, but it's very hard to do. He has a short temper and often gets into fights. Warning: never diss his dads, because you'll leave the fight with something broken (even if you're really strong, Alaska is sure to win, because when it comes to his dads, he'll fight to the death). He detests using his strength to hurt people, but sometimes he feel he has no choice. He tries very hard to make friends with people, but it can be hard for him because he'd rather fight for his dads then have friends. He's really just trying to find someone to accept him, who he is, and his dads and their way of life.

Biography: Alaska was born in America, in Alaska (his parents weren't exactly creative), but his mum, dad, and him moved to Britain because of his mum's work. Shawn's father found out, a little too late, that he likes men. So he left the picture and moved to Texas, where his sister lived. Alaska lived in Britain until he was eight, usually living in boarding schools. He first took up swimming when he was four and his mother and him went to a beach. He loved it instantly and continued to swim as much as he could, running on days he couldn't, so to stay in shape and stay active.

But when Alaska's mother met someone, when he was eight, she all the sudden decided that he should live with his father. So, she bought him a ticket to Texas and he went to live with his father and his father's boyfriend. Alaska started to go to public school, and he went by Shawn back then, because he hated his name. Everything was fine: until middle school. Kids tortured Shawn because of his father, calling him names, shunning him, and even beating him up. It was in eighth grade, the first day of school, when the teacher asked if, "Alaska Shawn Lellan" was present, then asked, "Any nicknames?" just as she had with all the other students. Alaska heard the snickers, and one of his classmates from the past year whispered, loud enough for Alaska to hear "It's no wonder where he got such a gay name. His father gave it to him." Alaska then said proudly, "No, I go by Alaska."

However, that only increased the harrassment. Alaska constantly came home with bloody noses and black eyes. Often times, he would be the one to throw the first punch, defending his father and his father's boyfriend, Michael, after someone said something.

Finally, he couldn't take it anymore. He got into fights daily, he'd been suspended nearly a hundred times for fighting, until finally he was expelled, when someone said something incredibly vulgar to Alaska about his father, so he slammed him against the lockers, his hand around his throat and choked him until he nearly passed out. So, Alaska's father, Daniel, and Michael sent him here.

Strengths/Weaknesses: Strengths - swimming (especially butterfly), running, and fighting
Weaknesses - Can be a little awkward around people, has a short temper, and often gets into fights

Other: Up for love. He has a mix between a British and a Texan accent, so he may sound a tad strange.
