If I were to love,
I would love like the Sun,
Glowing, enlightening, and omnipresent.

If I were to love,
I would love like the Moon,
Cold, veiled, and with half a smile.

If I were to love,
I would love like Saturn,
Unique, extreme, and novel.

Or a star – perhaps –
Tiny, twinkling, and warm.
What do you think?

No, no.
If I were to love,
I would love like the Universe.
The Universe.

Wow. I love this poem. The flow and choice of words in there is very well done. Although I do think that you can expand the last paragraph more, like how you did with the stanzas before, describe what to love like a universe is like. I also think that the second stanza is a bit contradictory to the first. I would suggest that you change the adjectives you used to describe what to love a moon is like. But that is just my opinion. Other people may think it fits brilliantly together.
Other than those small points, I really do like this poem.
Keep it up! :)

I agree with Miracles, I think this is short, bittersweet and holds the swell of beautiful ambition, flowing like tides of the sea.
I love the concept and the rhythm with the repetition.
That said, a few things
"If I were to love,
I’d like to love like the Sun,
Glowing, enlightening, and omnipresent. "
Are you sure you want the verb "like" which is just a bit weak for such a strong action, how about : If I were to love, I would love like the sun/I'd love like the sun". If you want to keep agency, how about "I'd choose to love like the Sun".
Grammatically, the 3rd verse should be adverbs, not adjectives, since they are about the way the sun would love, of the way you could love like the sun, but I think you can allow this much poetic licence :)

"If I were to love,
I’d like to love like the Moon,
Cold, veiled, and half smiling."
Half-smiling is a bit weak here again i think, maybe something like 'with half a smile'...

"If I were to love,
I’d like to love like the Saturn,
Unique, extreme, and giant."
It is "Saturn" and not "the Saturn", proper nouns don't take articles in English. Also, it seems weird to describe it as giant when you've just been discussing the moon (which looks bigger from a human perspective) and the sun (which actually is considerably bigger). Also I think it's a bit sad to miss out on grading by the size that we see them from earth : sun, smaller moon, smaller planet, smaller star, only to reverse it by bulging out with the universe.

"Or a star – perhaps –
Tiny, twinkling, and warm.
What do you think?"
This is sweet, I'm not sure I like the 'what do you think' try and find an alternative?

"No, no.
If I were to love,
I’d like to love like the Universe.
The Universe"
This is beautiful and grand! Very good ending. You could even allow yourself an exclamation mark.
These are of course only suggestions, but I would be interested to hear back/have you argue as to why you disregard them should you choose to do so.
Best,
Velvet x

great opening, dood. I don't know if I like 'if i were to love,' because it seems really passive, but... the whole moon thing is really excellent.

If I were to love,
I’d like to love like the Saturn,
Unique, extreme, and giant.

why is it 'the' saturn, can't it just be, "I'd like to love like saturn"? This stanza isn't as good but it'll do.

Or a star – perhaps –
Tiny, twinkling, and warm.
What do you think?

Get rid of the word 'perhaps.' I'd do away with the question. You don't care what the reader thinks, because in the next stanza you say no. You've already decided. So decide. This is your poem, commit to it. I like the way you describe the stars as tiny and warm but I hated twinkling. Its cliche. (see, twinkle twinkle little star) But anyway I like tiny because stars are not tiny, and I like warm because stars are not warm, they are effin' hot, dood! So yeah, the disjunction really works.

No, no.
If I were to love,
I’d like to love like the Universe.
The Universe.

I like the ending. Its cryptic. I almost want more about why, but you almost get away with being mysterious as it is. I almost think by saying 'Universe.' You're saying God, but not God, at the same time. Know what I mean? Anyway i like that.

This is a pretty strong poem, but it needs some attention. Thanks and remember to keep reading.
