Forget me not if I shall leave you..
Forget me not if I shall not return.
If I shall die, remember that I've always
loved you. If I survive, I'll never forget what
we used to be. Forget me not if you shall lose me..
Forget me not if I shall travel the world with or without
you. Forget me not if my love for you begins to fade away.
If I shall marry and you shall meet someone new, never forget
our ever-lasting love. If one of us shall fall, Forget not that we'll
always be there for each other, even if its in secret. When we begin
to look high up in the blue sky and count every star we see, Forget not
that We'll always be together.

I'm not but of a poetry person, but I find the idea quite interesting and I liked how "Forget Me Not" was constantly repeated.

Sounds beautiful and makes me wish for a romance like that. It saddens me however that even though life goes on, you dont want to be forgotten by him.
