I sit here confused,
Im lost in an empty room.
Nothing is around me, but windowless walls.
I cant see, but I can feel.
I feel the walls,
They are cold and uneven.
I dont know where I am or why im here.
I'm cold, and numb, I cant feel pain.
I dont know how i cont be lost in a place so empty?
A place so cold and lifeless?
How can I be lost in the heart beating inside me?
amor, pérdida, y la vida vivimos en medio.

Okydoky.

Starting with the typos: "Im" in the second line should be "I'm"; "cant" in the fourth line should be "can't"; "im" in the seventh line should be "I'm"; "cant" in the eighth line should be "can't"; "dont" in the ninth line should be "don't"; "i" in the ninth line should be "I"; finally, "cont" in the ninth line should be... I don't know what it should be, but something that's a word.

Now, onto the poem itself - I'll start with the minor problems.

Firstly, your rhythm isn't really there at all - your lines are random lengths, which means that they just don't fit together. When you read it, it's just like reading prose that jarrs if you try to make it flow. You need to get them more regular; read it out loud, and you'll find that there's no steady beat, no movement from part to part.
Spelling and grammar, obviously, you need to work on - MS Word or something like that will help, because you need to get your capital letters and apostrophes in there in particular; punctuation's not bad, though it doesn't help the flow especially - it can't, while your lines are those random lengths.

Now, the real problem with this particular poem is that it's one big cliche - whenever anyone is talking about being alone (which is pretty much the theme of this poem) words like "lost" "alone" "empty" "cold" "lifeless" are always used, and so are images of prisons and rooms without windows, and *especially* the cold and lifeless heart. You need some new and original images to draw the reader in - talk about how the rest of your body felt, what the normal world around you felt like, and do it in detail - not broad, general statements like "cold and lifeless" but in-depth, like "sitting on green-grey benches, silence filling every pore" - that's just a quick, off-the-cuff example, but you see? People often make the mistake of generalising to things like the whole world seeming lifeless, or their body or heart feeling this way or that - to get people's attention and make a good poem, you need to look at yourself and the world around you in minute detail, and see how it changes with specific moods or actions. Then you write about it using language that exaggerates and unpacks it - with the above example, I'd go on to explain how the grey-green of the bench mirrored my feelings, and how the whole world wasn't silent, but only me and so on and so on.

OK, I hope that helps you some.

This poem repeats 'I' so frequently that it would be difficult for any readers to try and relate.
your rhythm isn't really there at all - your lines are random lengths, which means that they just don't fit together

I also agree with backroundbob about this.

Just try and improve the poem, because there is potential in this poem :D
Real poetry are those with the best words in the best order
