Specific people, of course...the ladies at my grandmother's tea, certainly not. Luke? Certainly yes. - Adelais

I don't say anything, and people laugh at me. I suppose I'm just naturally funny. - David

I don't know...I don't especially try. Maybe I should- I need more friends, just in case this thing with Lieutenant backfires. - Dorian

"Well, he's the physical personification of water. Beyond that, I actually know very little." ~Tannar

"He was a slave. He's very dead now. End of story." ~K'ratcha

"I didn't really know him all that well. He was a Nagian nobleman, and unlike human nobles, ours actually serve purposes. He taught me many things I've never forgotten, but it's difficult for me to remember things like the sound of his laugh or the way he smelled." ~Danteel

what is your mother like?

Princess Mary Elizabeth...ah, go look her up. I've never met her. - Luke

A pseudo-Franc who's afraid of her husband. Really, I pity her- she's really a nice person, but gets caught up in her Society niceties and smoking. Smoke, smoke, smoke...I take after her, in some respects. - Adelais

My mother? All I remember is her purple sari, the beautiful one that smelled a bit like curry and perfume. It matched beautifully with her blonde hair, which she tried to hide like the Arabs do..Liberty, perhaps, has a better memory. I don't want to remember her in death. - Upton

Which mother? Uhm...I'm not allowed to talk about my real mother, the one who kept me away from my father. And Sonya- I'm not really allowed to talk about her, either. She's beautiful...*sigh*- David

Mmm...my mum used to brush my hair and cook chicken soup. That's most of what I remember. And, of course, that I'm in this infernal fix because of her- rather, my father, but a scapegoat is nice.- Lieutenant

What really knocks me out is a book that, when you're all done reading it, you wish the author that wrote it was a terrific friend of yours and you could call him up on the phone whenever you felt like it. That doesn't happen much, though.
