Okay, I am running a little behind on this project unfortunately! I had important exams this week, so I had to take time out to revise for them. However, I'm now finished them, and I'm going to try today to get caught up as much as possible! (I have around 4 photos left), then I'll be back to doing one a day.
Anyway, these are just some of the photos which I've stuck in my project 365 set on Flickr (http://www.flickr.com/photos/snailsares ... 724249984/).
I hope you enjoy them, however, just one thing really. Project 365 is a difficult project. Trying to get a new picture every day is almost impossible sometimes! Some of these photos won't be the same quality as the others due to that.
So yeah, critique away! Always appreciated! Oh and if any of you have ideas you want me to try, please suggest? :)
Okay, the photos.

Piano. (I know this one is so so clichéd, but I was running out of ideas :P)
Image

Puzzle. (This one took about 60 shots to get. Needless to say, I was relieved when I got this one :P)
Image

Guitar Hero. (Probably my most hated photo so far. Severe lack of ideas that day, and I couldn't be bothered trying to make it better :P)
Image

Convese. (My favourite shoes in the world <3)
Image

Doughnut. (Revision food xD)
Image

Hot Chocolate. (Got this one sitting in a little Cafe in Belfast! I don't actually like Hot Choc, but my friend does. This was after she was playing with my camera like a pro :P)
Image

Sheep on the Road. (This is sculpture outside the Waterfront Hall (you can google it if you want :P, basically it's an events building for bands and conferences and stuff). I always thought the sheep were cute :') )
Image

Look Up. (This is actually part of a shopping centre in Belfast. You can go up to the platform and see right across Belfast, and at night, it lights up. It's super pretty.)
Image

So yeah! Thanks for having a look at my photos, and I hope to have some more up in a week or so :)

Wow, these are some awesome shots! Especially that last one, and the puzzle one. Those were definitely my favorites. :)
The guitar one sort of gives me a headache, though. But obviously, that could just be me :P Great pictures!

These are great! The first two are really awesome, and I love the hot chocolate one and the last one. No critique really, just wanted to say I really really like them. Haha

I love the hot chocolate picture. It makes me want hot chocolate right now. The converse picture is beautiful. I think the use of a purple converse was a good idea. You really brought out the purple color on it.

Wow! These are all amazing, I have nothing bad to say about any of them. Infact I'm jealous at your skill. I am also doing the 365 project, but mine are not nearly as creative.

Wow! I really like the puzzle piece picture, as well as the shoe picture. I could never do a challenge like that! Have you done a library/book scene? I used to do photography in a club, and we'd have to go somewhere normal, an everyday place, such as a supermarket or library and make a photo diary of unique pictures. Just an idea, if you haven't already done those types of places.

@campergirl
I got it by using Aperture priority on my DSLR, and putting it down to 5.6. I then switched to manual focus and focused it to where I wanted it, and took about 40 shots from every angle, messing up the puzzles and setting it up again at least 4 times. Then I loaded them up in Lightroom, and picked out my favourites. I then did some basic editing, and this one was my favourite overall! Then they were exported from RAW to JPEG and that's about it :P

These are really amazing photos! :D Only the shoe one didn't appeal to me. Maybe, it was the angle. I think, I already saw the piano pic somewhere xD. Maybe, it was a different photo but with the same angle. o.o

Anyway, may I suggest you to join iStockphoto or something? :D

You are an extremely talented photographer!
These are all beautifully angled, taken and edited.
Honestly, I can't pick a favourite, they are all so awesome!
You should seriously be thinking of taking up a career in photograohy :)

/Isha:/= To be honest, we are talking about mostly nothing which in its own essence is something. But somethingness can't be nothing if there isn't nothing in the first place. So really, we're talking about meaningly somethingness that's technically caused by nothingness.

Thank you everyone!
@whisperer, I hope you aren't making me out to be some kind of picture stealer?! Only kidding. Lots of people do this kind of piano shot, this is just my take on it. I was aiming for a very small area of focus, and I think I achieved it. No doubt, others will have been aiming for something similar :P

But yes, thank you EVERYONE. Please feel free to just like, check out my Flickr if I haven't posted in a while :P It's near enough always being updated with new photos! Although, I'm currently still on day 17, so day 18,19, 20 and 21 haven't been taken yet. This is just due to the fact I was doing a weeks worth of work experience and I just didn't have the time. I'll be going out on a photography dander tomorrow though to get some well needed nature and animal shots, so beware :P

Thanks again guys, this is really appreciated! (it's always incredibly nice to know what you're doing is at a certain standard and that it's going down well! Just gotta improve now :P)

Okay, so I want to start off with this:
I think you are a great photographer. You have a really nice sense of color, and you do some great processing. However, I think that you might consider expanding your horizons. I see a lot of macro shots from, which are great, but sometimes a change of scenery or perspective can make you grow faster than anything else. The first three shots seem very you to me, with nice DOF and tones. However, the angles, processing, and perspectives are very familiar after seeing your other work.

The one with the shoe is a good angle I think, though it doesn't seem as in-focus as it could be, and I think that it would be better with some warmer tones.

The donut and hot chocolate shots are both done very nicely with the technicality of them, but they didn't really hold my attention very long. Nice contrast with the latter though.

I really like the last one-- great colors.

I'm sorry if I come off as harsh, because I really don't mean to: you do excellent work, much better than mine. You do what you do well, I would just enjoy seeing you do MORE. :)

Great job though!
