(You do not need to read I love you before this, but if you want, go ahead. Named Butterfly for the girls necklace. Olivia's POV instead of Rainer's)
Dear Olivia,
my parents and I are going to Italy for a week. You are welcome to stay at ours when we get back if you want, my parents really want to meet you. Hopefully you still have my address. I still have your butterfly necklace from our previous, ahem, encounter. I won’t send it with the letter, in case it gets lost. Anyway, if you do come round, you might want to bring some stuff to do, it gets quite boring there, trust me.
I love you, Rainer
I read the letter one more time as I waited for the doors to open. When they did, a big grin spread across my face and I threw myself into Rainer’s arms, kissing him. It felt good to see him again, to feel his heated body against mine and his lips that were so soft.
“Hello,” he murmured against my lips. I smiled and hugged him. He smelled good, like organic dirt. I pulled away and smiled when I saw he had a slight tan to his already copper skin and his scar was barely noticeable. He reached into his pocket and pulled out my necklace, still intact, the butterfly hanging off it like a talisman glinting in the sunlight. He tied it around my neck and kissed me again. When he pulled away, he held my hand and his touch made my heart beat faster.
“Come on, I’ll show you around. They’re both at work,” he said as lead me inside. The house was enormous, and a diamond chandelier hung from the ceiling glinting in the sunlight.
“Wow,” was all I could say. Rainer laughed.
“I haven’t seen you wear a skirt for a while,” he said. I blushed and pulled at it.
“Hey, I wasn’t complaining,” he said. He showed me the rest of the first floor, then leading me up to his room, which was surprisingly small. It held a bed, a wardrobe, a guitar stand and an electric keyboard in the corner.
“Nice room,” I said. Rainer sat down on his bed and pulled me onto his lap. He had had a haircut, though it hardly made any difference. His black hair was just a little shorter at the back; at the front it was actually a bit longer. He wrapped his arms around me and I leant on his chest. He was warm, really warm. He kissed at my skin, where my neck connected to my shoulders, and I gasped. He knew all my sensitive points, and tortured me with that fact.
“I love you,” he muttered in my ear, before he leaned in and kissed me. Even in a thousand years, I would still get goose bumps from his skilled lips on my unprepared skin. He kissed me gently, as if afraid I would break, and held me close to him. Then the door opened and we broke apart.
“Hi dad,” Rainer said, letting me go. The man in the doorway held a striking resemblance to Rainer, same hair, eyes and facial features. His skin was paler.
“Is this Olivia?” he asked, a coy smile playing on his lips. Felix nodded and I stood up.
“It’s nice to meet you sir,” I said, holding out a hand. He looked at me like I was a piece of dirt on the bottom of his shoe. I retracted my hand and Rainer appeared beside me.
“Rainer, dinner at eight, make yourself presentable,” his father snapped, then looking sternly at me. He left the room.
“What was that about?” I asked.
“He’s always like that,” Rainer groaned. I checked my watch.
“Well, we have about five hours until we see him again, so you can tell me about Italy,” I said. Rainer smiled and fell onto his bed, mimicking fainting. I had seen him faint before and he did not look like that. I smiled and crawled on top of him, ramming my knees into his stomach.
“Ow, ok, get off me now,” he groaned. I crawled off him and we sat on his bed, me leaning on his chest, as his hands slipped around my waist. Rainer told me of how they went to Venice and stayed there. He loved the food, but he couldn’t stop thinking of me the whole time.
“It was good to come home again,” he muttered in my ear. His breath was hot, like his body, and he kissed behind my ear, sending chills down my spine. I closed my eyes and imagined that night where we were locked in an intimate embrace, sweat mingling together, pleasure pulsing through our bodies as we called each other’s names into the darkness. Rainer seemed to be remembering that night, flipped me over and kissed me in the same way, rough yet gently, his lips moving in perfect synchronisation with my own, yet certain pressure pushed down in my mind. His tongue slipped into my mouth and I melted to his body, as if his heat was overcoming me, one hand on his cheek, the other on his chest, atop his firm muscles. Our tongues fought for dominance and me, being the stubborn one, won, and allowing me to explore his mouth. His hand gripped the small of my back and I gasped into his mouth and pulled away. I could still taste him on my lips, like lemonade mixed with coffee. I made a mental note to try it out for real, as it tasted quite good on him. He placed his hands on my cheeks, rubbing his thumbs on my cheeks as he started softly into my eyes, his lips a little swollen from kissing me. He smiled and kissed my forehead, then sliding both of his hands into mine. I led my head on his chest where his heart was and stayed there for what must have been hours. All I needed was his blue eyes, rough hands and warm skin. Oh, and food and water, but they came second to him, right? The door finally creaked open and a soft, feminine voice crept through my sleepy conscious. I sat up and locked eyes with a woman with Rainer’s lovely skin tone and gorgeous smile.
“Guys were going to an Indian restaurant in the village, get ready,” she cooed with a pleasant smile on her face. Rainer seemed to have dozed off so I had to pinch his arm until he sat up and bashed our heads together. His mother, I presumed, laughed and flashed off that lovely smiled and closed the door, leaving us to change. I changed in front of Rainer, who had seen me naked before anyway, and pulled on a strapless green empire dress with Greek style sandals. Rainer just changed his shirt and wore a denim jacket with sleeves up to his elbows over his new red tee. We kissed one last time before we ascended the stairs, hand in hand, into the entrance hall. His parents were standing side by side, his father with a stern look and his mother with a forced smile, as if her husband’s presence annoyed or embarrassed her. She was beautiful, in a delicate sort of way and she looked extremely venerable standing next to that harsh man with the handsome features of my boyfriend.
“Ready to go?” she said. Me and Rainer nodded and followed them into the car in the driveway; on the way to what I guessed would be the real life equivalent of hell. I laughed inwardly and Rained squeezed me reassurance. my hand, giving me reassurance as we sped down the highway.
