I can't believe that I have posted four chapters of Love Story!
Oh and there is some mild language and blood and stuff but please enjoy and don't forget to comment!
And this is the the club for Love Story----> page.php?id=905

Prologue:
"Stop it!" I hissed behind closed teeth, the rope cuffing my hands together was rubbing against my wrist.
His hands held a grip around my hair, holding me in the spot, forcing me to watch Amber collapse to the ground in tears.
"Watch it!" he growled back.
"This is because of your father. He didn't even save darling Lily. because he wouldn't surrender himself!"
"Leave Lily out of this!" I snarled, angrily.
"So you are to pay for your father! And if he doesn't give in for you, then he will certainly give in for Amber!" he laughed.
"No! Don't you touch her!" I wiggled around, trying to rip off the rope that was now making me bleed.

I turned my head to see Abbi, her blue eyes where filled with tears that rolled down her cheek like smooth pearls.
Her attention was toward the engagement ring she had gotten only eight days ago.
I wanted to cry out at the top of my lungs to her, but I knew that if I did, her life would be in danger too.
Amber walked over to her out of nowhere and sat down next to each other. Abbi reached out for Amber and cried in her shoulder. I could tell that Amber was crying too, because her body was shaking.
"Please don't do this." I whispered.
He painfully pulled my hair back before letting go of it. He slapped me across the face and spat,
"Your pathetic."
He closed the back doors of the van, jumped into the drivers seat and he drove me away.

~Amber's POV~
(a day after Ryan's funeral)
Of course I had to stay happy and supportive for Dad and Aaron.
I walked down the grand staircase with my usual spunk and automatically went to the kitchen.
Where's Hellena?" I thought. Oh, yeah! Its Tuesday, shes at work.
"Wait." I said aloud. "School starts in six days." I realized.
"Ugh!" I groaned as I reached into the fridge and grabbed a carton of eggs, tomatoes, mushrooms, black olives, and cheese.

Within five minutes, I made three plates ready, each had an omelet on it, three slices of cucumber, and two sausages.
I heard Aarons eager footsteps run down the stairs. He took a seat at the table and began to gobble down breakfast like a turkey. No manners, this boy.
"Daddy!" I yelled. "Breakfast!"
He came out of his office and took a seat.
Dad always stayed up the nights to read a script or something. He usually went to bed at eleven and woke up at twelve to to more work.
Before Daddy and I could take a bite, Aaron was up out of his seat with an empty plate.
"Whats your hurry?" I asked as I sat down.
"Just got stuff to do." he answered while washing his plate.

Aaron looked much like Ryan, they had the same long black hair that Dad used to have and the same figure as Ryan.
If Aaron and Ryan weren't nine years apart they could be twins.
Aaron was wearing a plaid blue american eagle shirt.
When Aaron was turning fourteen all of the girls liked him, but Ryan decided to help him increase his popularity by teaching him a little bit about clothing. So they even dress alike.

"Like what stuff?" I asked.
"Nothing! Why are you getting in my business?" he said dropping the plate in the sink.
"Aaron, chill out. I should know where your going."
"Who are you? My mother?" he exclaimed, angrily.
"Yes! I am!" I said jumping out of my seat.
"Okay, God! I'm going downtown with some friends!" He stormed outside and I heard him drive away in his old black Chevy truck.

I calmly sat back down.
"Darling, you can't really control a boy at that age." Daddy sighed.
"But Dad! The guys I knew at that age where already getting girls pregnant. We should watch him since he stopped listening to me and Ryan and Mom is gone, so what are we supposed to do now!"
Dad looked up from his half finished plate.

"Do you really think that a good boy like Aaron is out doing bad things?" he asked.
"Well, no." I admitted. "But he is always out of the house, even at night sometimes! So we don't know what he's up to!"
"Maybe he is watching a movie, or out clubbing." he suggested. "You used to go clubbing."
"Yeah, but I was already in my first year of University. I was responsible then."
When we finished eating I took our plates and washed them in the sink.
"Thank you dear." Dad said as he walked back into his office.

I slid the touchscreen and called Tessa to confirm our plans.
I placed my blackberry in my Louis Vuitton purse.
I walked outside and jumped into my Ferrari.
In about twenty minutes, I arrived at 722 north orlando avenue and parked behind Tessa's Volkswagen in the gerage of her apartment.
The car beeped as I locked it with the cars remote, as someone sneezed behind me.
I turned around to find Tessa with a tissue over her nose and mouth.

"Hey." she greeted me. She wore black yoga pants and a blue v-neck long sleeved shirt. She threw away the tissue in the trash can
"Hi!" I walked up to her and hugged her. "You sound sick, we don't have to..."
"No!" she interrupted. "I'm fine, its just, er...allergies!" she said.
Even though I could see perfectly threw her lie, I went along with it.
"Okay, whatever." we walked out of her apartment and into Melrose.

"I love your outfit!" she exclaimed.
"Aw, thanks Tess! I love yours too!" I wore white capri yoga pants, a red t-shirt and a white barrette.
I quickly tied my hair up in a messy ponytail, letting my five inch bangs lay on the side of my face.
We began to jog the first block.

Three times a week, me and Tessa get together to run up and down Melrose. Then depending on our mood, we continue on to go other places.
We ran for 20 minutes, talking about Bridgette's horrible blog.
"Yesterday," Tessa said between heavy pants. "I read that when she was on the way back from Justin Bieber's party..."
Almost all the celebrities I knew, threw parties before school started again.
"...and she was riding in her limo with Shane, and I guess she couldn't wait till they got home, so they did it..."
"What!" I said, shocked. "Is that legal?"
"Um, yeah you can have fun with your husband."
"No! I mean is it legal to right about it?"

"Wow, Amber... oh and by the way, I saw you in the paper."
"Oh, yeah. With Ryan?"
"Nope," she laughed. "with a sexy young man at Laguna."
"Oh, my gosh!" I giggled.

We stopped at Jamba Juice.
"Derek..." I sighed.
"Excuse me ma'am?" the woman behind the counter asked with a confused face.
"Sorry," I smiled. "um, banana berry."
"Oh, and I'll have the razzmatazz!" Tessa giggled, excitedly.
"Coming right up!" the woman said, warmly. She went into the kitchen and came right back.
"Um, what size?" she asked, poking her head out the door.
"Medium." me and Tessa said in unison.

She nodded and went back into the kitchen.
She came back in a few moments with our drinks.
We handed her the money and sat down at a table.
"So..." Tessa said sucking down the smoothie like oxygen.
"his name is Derek, huh?"
"Yeah. Derek James." I answered.

"What does he do?" she asked.
"He's a manager at CNN! And not even paparazzi!" we giggled. "Oh, and the way his black hair cover his amazing teal eyes...and he thinks I have pretty eyes! MY, my gross Amber colored eyes."

"Amber!" Tessa said. "Your eyes are beautiful, I would die for your eyes." she said pointing to her light blue-gray eyes.
"Tess, you are sooo beautiful! Your blond hair in beautiful." I said looking at her hair tucked up in a bun.
"My hair? Your, gee, YOURS are gorgeous!"
"Okay, okay!" I laughed. "So lets just agree that I am jealous of you and that you are crazy and think I'm pretty."
"Amber!" Tessa laughed.
"Okay, moving on!"

"Look Amber! Thats the newspaper." she said pointing to a news rack outside.
"Great!" I said. I ran outside and grabbed a paper, then came back and sat down.
After I scanned the front page, I flipped to the second page to find a large picture of me and Derek at the rock, with a caption saying:
Amber Fox having fun at the beach.
"No way!" I said.
The picture was of me sitting on the rock, his hands were around me, our noses where touching and our eyes were locked in the others. I sighed loudly.
"OMG!" Tessa laughed. "That looked romantic, how did you guys meet?"

I explained how I met him only a few days earlier and about Hellena's suspicions.
We got up and threw away out plastic cups in the trash.
We ran back to her apartment.
I looked at my cell phone, it said that I had one missed call from Hellena, and one from Abbi
"Three hours!" I said, shocked.
"Wow!" Tessa exclaimed. "I can't believe three hours have gone by!"

I unlocked the doors to my car.
I turned around to hug Tessa.
"You could really use a shower, Amber." Tessa giggled into my shoulder.
"You too, Tess!"

"Louis!" I screamed.
Tessa jumped away from me. "What?"
"Wheres my Louis?" I yelled. "Oh. My. Gosh."
"What are you talking about-okay-who, what?" Tessa asked confused.
"Louis!" I said.
She looked at me for a moment longer until she said.
"Louis? Really, Amber?" she laughed. "Your Louis Vuitton purse?!?!"
I looked inside my car.
"Oh, here my Louis!" We laughed together.

"Kay, bye Amber!"
"Goodbye, Tess, see you soon!"

Emily's POV:

"Was this your intention, Derek?" I asked.
"Emily! You know I didn't see them there!" he said.
I held up the newspaper to his face.
"Wow." he said.
"Yeah! I know..."
"She looks beautiful." he interrupted.

I raised my eyebrow at him as he stared at the newspaper.
"Come on, you guys."
We turned our head to find Big Mike standing at the doorway.
"What is it?" I asked.
"The boy, its time."

We groaned as we got up from the metal table.
We trudged down a brightly-lit corridor.
After a few minutes of scrunching my face against the light, a dull ache began to pound in my head.
It has been sixteen years and I still haven't gotten used to this bizarre lighting.
We arrived at a large room with black bricks walls and the only lighting was a simple light bulb hanging from the ceiling.

The Fox boy was attached to a brown chair by his feet, his hands were tied up behind him and a rag was shoved into his mouth, sweat dripped from his face and he was marked by scars. A creamy skinned woman walked back and forth, the sound of her clicking red heels seared into our minds. She wore a revealing black dress with a yellow belt with weapons hanging down them.

Big Mike unlocked the door to let Derek and I inside the room.
The woman turned her head toward us, her eyelashes fluttered and a smirk sat on her red lips.
She obviously wore to much make-up, her perfect nose came from plastic surgery and her unwrinkled skin was the cause of botox.
"Hello, Derek." she smirked and flipped her light brown hair behind her, before she turned to me and groaned,
"Hello, Emily."

Fox squirmed in his seat, he tried to shout. But all that came out was a muffled moan.
"Why are we here, Rachel?" Derek said, with disgust.
"Whats wrong?" Rachel said with a flirtatious voice. "You do this nearly everyday."
"For the love of God! Just tell us why we are here!" Derek yelled.
Rachel sighed and turned around to pulled out the dirty cloth from his mouth.
"Uck." he spat and looked up at us.

"I saw the newspaper." he muttered to Derek. " Please don't hurt the girls."
"Shut up, idiot!" Rachel growled. Fox simply stared at her in hatred.
"Tell us how we can get your father." I asked him, gently.
"Why would I tell you how to kill my own father?" he shouted, angrily.
"Now, Ryan. Please don't..." I started.
"What are you, mental?" he yelled.

I saw Rachel's hand swiftly glide across his face.
"Shut up you little..."
"Rachel! Stop it!" Derek said.
"I will slap you again!" she screamed at Ryan.
"Okay, enough!" Derek's voice boomed.

He pushed Rachel back and knealed in front of Ryan.
"If you tell use how we can not kill but see your father, we wont hurt anyone else." he explained.
"Oh, stop bullshitting me. Do you want his money? Is that it?" Ryan said.
I looked up at Big Mike, who stood behind the glass wall, recording our conversation.
He held up his index finger and mouthed the words,
one minute.

He pulled out his cell phone and talked into it. When he put his phone back in his pocket he looked back up and nodded, giving me a thumbs up.
I looked at Derek and said.
"Money will due."
Derek stood up and whispered in Ryan's ear.
"Are we done?" I asked.
"For today." we walked out of the room and back to our bedrooms.

Derek's POV:

I watched as they walked down the hall. The strange lighting didn't blind me anymore.
I turned my back to the light hallway and ran down the forbidden hall, the lighting had begun to dim and blue mold grew on the walls. My watch read 10:26.
Just on time. The lights turned off at around 10:30, signaling that we must all be in our rooms.
No sane person would be caught dead walking in these halls at night.
I took out a key chain out of the back pocket of my jeans and turned the corner to end up standing in front of an empty wall. That bared the words,
Holding Room

I knealed to the floor where on the bottom of the wall was a small keyhole, I unlocked the wall with the a little key
and it revealed a old door. It took me seven keys to unlock it.
I sighed, standing in front of the closed door.
I put my hand on the dusty wood and pushed it open.

I felt the guilt plummet down to me like a ton of bricks.

In front of me, was a ginormous room of cells.
The smell of sweat and dirt entered my nose. I wanted to run away, like the coward I was.
But I couldn't.
It was silent, except for hysterical laughter or cries.
I walked down the middle of the room, I let my eyes wander to behind the bars, were I saw a dirty women holding her coughing toddler in her arms.
The faces of the people would give me nightmares for all eternity, I should have been punished for this, we all should have been.

Emily comes here everyday, to try to help some of these people, curing fevers and infections, washing them and giving them food.
I have only been here once before.
You bastard, you can't even look at these people.
I noticed a boy, a teenager. Maybe sixteen, seventeen tops.

I knew that he was still alive, but his dead eyes glared into mine, with all the pain of the world.
I noticed that he was missing his left arm and was only wearing shorts in the cold room.
Suddenly, I felt taken back, by the horrible memory that I haven't thought of in years.

"No! Natalie! Stop! Don't take her! She's only fourteen! Please! Natalie!" I heard my own piercing screams.
Two men had come into our cells and took Natalie. I held a harder grip on her hand and pulled her back from their hands.
Natalie screamed with all that she had left in her. Gabe didn't even help.
"Let her go." he simply said. "You can't win, your only fifteen."

They took her out of my hands.
"I love you, Nat!" I yelled after her, running up to the doors of the cell. I fought against one of the men who was trying to close the door, while the other man dragged her out of the room.
"NAT!" I kicked the man between the legs. He cursed under his breath.
He looked up and punched me. I felt severe pain in my jaw as blood came out of my mouth.

"Son of a bitch!" I yelled as I tackled him to the ground. Another man kicked me and pulled me off and beat me with a belt against the wall.
I took out the knife from my back pocket and stabbed him in the middle of his chest.
He fell backwards and I hit the ground running out of the room. I fallowed the mud tracks from the mans shoe into a white room.

I walked up the white bed and uncover my sister behind the covers. A red line was marked on her neck.
I felt my eyes water. I closed her eyelids and moved her cheeks, making her smile.
As is she was smiling in her dream...
I thought
I kissed her forehead.
"I'm sorry." I turned around to see an eleven year old girl in a white sleeping gown at the door. She came up to me and took my hand.
"Let's go." she smiled up at me.
"Are you an angel?" I asked, confused.
"No, silly!" she giggled. "My name is Emily."

I took off my hoodie and squeezed it between the bars. I watched the boy put in on and walked to the back of the room.
In the last cell, a man held a woman as she silently cried into his shoulder.
I pulled out my keys again, unlocked the door and walked in.
In the corner, Ryan sat with his head on his knees, fast asleep.

I gently shook his shoulder.
He jumped up.
"You monster." he smiled.
"Don't rub it in."
I lead him out of the room and towards my room.
"'I'll come for you.'" he repeated the words I whispered to him earlier.
"I thought it was a threat, not help." he commented

"So you guys have your own rooms?" he asked.
"Yep, and all of the rooms lead into a living room, game room, kitchen, and dining room."
I opened the door to my room and watched his shocked expression.
"Holy cow, man!" he said. "This room is big and clean!"

"Thanks." I laughed. My room, of course had a bed. And also had a T.V., computer, a huge closet, a bathroom and much more.
I lead him into the bathroom and handed him a few towels.
"Take a shower, dude. You stink."
Ryan smiled and nodded.

"I'll be back in ten minutes. That should be enough time for you to get cleaned."
"Thanks, man." Ryan said. "Can you get in trouble for doing this?"
"Yeah, a lot." I could get killed... "But Emily does it everyday."
He thanked me again as I left the room.

I walked across the hall and knocked on Emily's door.
She came out with in her long pj's.
"Hey, whats up?" she yawned.
"I need your help."
"Don't you always..." she smiled, grabbed a bag and closed the door behind her.

I knocked on the bathroom door.
"Yeah, yeah. Come in."
Ryan stood in front of the mirror, blow drying his hair. He had a towel wrapped around his waist,
exposing bruises, scars and muscles.
"Hey Ryan." Emily waved.
"Hey, crazy lady." he smiled. "Just kidding, just kidding!"

"Sit on the counter." she ordered.
"Um, okay..." he sat in it.
"Derek, put his clothes in the wash." she handed me his dirty clothes.
I quickly ran to the back of the bathroom and placed them in the washer.

She took out some alcohol and cleaned up his wounds.
"Why did they give me a tattoo?" he asked.
"It's not a tattoo." I said, taking off my shirt and pointing to my scar.
"They burned it into you."

"Oh," Ryan said. "I was asleep."
His mark was off a snake on his arm.
"Your lucky! At least you didn't have to go threw the pain of heat searing into your skin!"
He shrugged.
"What is yours anyway?" he asked.
"Its an eagle, its spreading its wings." I explained. "I don't know why they did it all over my chest."

"The do this to you because they are showing that you belong to them. Just like they do with cows and horses in a ranch or farm." Emily explained. "I have one too."
She picked up her foot, showing us the back of it.
"It's two sparrows."
"Ouch." Ryan commented.

An hour later, we gave him his clothing and cleaned him up.
"Goodnight, Ryan." Emily said.
"'Night." he replied. "Crazy lady."
I walked him back to the door of the holding room.

"You won't come back for me tomorrow, will you."
"I'm sorry, not tomorrow. But I will try my best any other day." I said. "School starts for your siblings tomorrow."
Ryan looked deep into my eyes.
"I don't want to know what you are doing to my sister, just promise me that you won't hurt her."
I sighed and stood there for a moment.
"I promise."

So thats the end of chapter four!

So thats the end of chapter four!

like i told you... this chapter is confusing. if i think it is confusing, other people might to. the fact that you just go right to some random people in a place that is like a jail cell is confusing, so you might want to work on that part. other then that, i love your story, and definitely am going to keep reading it!

In reply to what you said about the mild language and stuff, I don't think anyone really cares. besides. the launguage makes the whole story sound older, and better, like the is more action going on.
thnx for the heads up on the language anyway though.
