This is my first acrostic poem, I hope you like.

Apparel, sweet dreams, false promises of fulfilled
Desires, desires sought after in
Vain, but that are still searched for
Endlessly, no matter how futile. Wants made into a
Reality through vivid images, words, and
Tales stretched to their limits. They cause the
Imagination to run wild, and the focus to
Scatter. Now, only the product is in the
Eyes of the watcher, on the
Mind of the beholder, the prey, being
Embedded into their memories, into their
Never-ending list of wishes, their wants;
They become enslaved, and shall be so,
Stay so, until the desire rests, satisfied.
"If you ever have a problem don't say 'Hey God I have a big problem.' Rather 'Hey Problem... I have a big God and it's all going to be okay."

Wow. This poem blew me straight out of the water, took me from left field. I'm pretty surprised at how well this poem reads for being an acrostic poem, as a lot of them are pretty stuck and stuttery in a sense. Also, nice job on getting across your point through both the word used and the actual poetry. I can see that this poem is more or less against capitalism and the mass market and it tells it in an interesting way. This poem had me from line one, letter one, even, and if you are this good at all acrostic poems, I'd definitely love to read more.

I rarely see really good acrostic poetry, but you seem to have a knack for it. I really enjoyed reading this. Since I can't think of anything that needs to be changed I have no advice, but I will say keep writing. I like your (writing) style. :D

This describes ads to a T. I love it. :) You mix in just enough truth and comedy into these poems. I love it. :)
