Max showed Kirsty to the shop he was talking about and they walked in, the shop assistant appeared out of no where and greeted them
"Hi, I’m Amanda anythin i can do for you?" she said blazing a smile onto her face. Kirsty shook her head and looked around the shop while Max stood by the door with his hands in his pockets. The shop assistant keep smiling at him and Max began to feel uncomfortable so he quickly join Kirsty and slipped in to hold her hand, for no apparent reason, Kirsty stood up and looked down at her hand then at Max's face, he just smiled. Kirsty smiled back but pulled her hand free gently and gave him half a hug instead. Kirsty found a necklace that held a heart on its chain, the heart read [i]for those special days[i] Kirsty smiled at her find and went to pay the shop assistant.
Max trailed after Kirsty when she came out of the shop, she shoved the necklace into her pocket,
"What now?" Max asked looking down the street; people were bustling around trying hard not to bump into other people
"I would sat let's grab a bite, but i have to meet Rob" Kirsty answered, Max's face turned gloomy but he hid it from Kirsty. He turned on his heels and began to walk away
"Hey! Hey! Where are you going?" Kirsty called running after him
"You’re going to meet Rob, so I’m going home" Max said looking at Kirsty in the eyes
"Are you alright with me? Why do you always go running off when Rob is involved?" Kirsty asked she had this anger boiling up inside her and she didn't know why
"I’m fine with you, and i don't go running off ... i just ... i just-"
"You just what?" Kirsty asked raising her voice a bit
"I just don't like the way he looks at you that’s all" Max said keeping his voice calm
"He’s my friend why can't you except that i have more friends then just you?" Kirsty asked
"It’s not that at all!" Max answered he was finding it hard to control his temper
"Look I’m going before this get's out of hand" and Max turned around and walked off leaving Kirsty standing on the icy streets, and once more the snow began to fall Kirsty watched as her best friend walked away from her. she sighed they always seemed to argue and it was getting quite annoying, it always seemed to be about Rob, Kirsty just guessed he was jealous of him at first but it doesn't look that way no more.
It was like he was fighting for something.
Kirsty sat down on a near by bench waiting for Rob to meet her and take her to the cafe on the high street, it was getting quite cold while Kirsty was sitting down, she wrapped her coat around her tightly she became very conscious of her ear muffs she was wearing
"K-irsty ... so glad ... i ... caught you" Rob was panting so badly his hair was all messed up, he swallowed and straightened up
"You haven't ... been waiting here long have you?" he asked, Kirsty shook her head and stood up; she linked arms with Rob to keep warm.
Rob came to the table where Kirsty was sitting and handed her a hot chocolate
"With marshmallow" Rob sad placing it by her hands, she took it to use it like a hot water bottle for her hands. Rob was sitting there starring at Kirsty and she knew
"What?" Kirsty asked smiling
"Your really pretty, beautiful in fact" Rob answered smiling while blushing
"Shut up" Kirsty said getting embarrassed
"I’m serious" Kirsty smiled and she sipped at her hot chocolate
"Can i kiss you?" Rob asked
"What?"
"Nothing i said nothing" Rob ducked his head behind his cup, Kirsty smiled
"Of course"
"Really?" Rob asked sitting up straight, Kirsty nodded, Rob gently leaned in and Kirsty met him half way, his lips melted into hers, they felt soft to the touch and sent chills down Kirsty's spine it felt like a fairy tale lifting her up higher and higher. But a waitress coughing brought her to the real world, Kirsty sucked in her lips and her cheeks were slowly going red.
"Can i get you anything else?" the waitress asked she had dark brown hair with red ends and green eyes that kept darting over to Rob then back to Kirsty.
"No, hot chocolates fine" Rob answered looking at Kirsty, and she blushed, going a little redder, the waitress sighed and walked off shoving her not pad into her pocket.
Both Kirsty and Rob burst out laughing at the embarrassment.
Rob held Kirsty's hand gently as they walked own the high street, Kirsty was laughing at his jokes. The bus pulled up slowly and Kirsty turned to Rob
"I’ve got to go, but i can see you later?" Kirsty said
"Yeah, I’m going to the gym tomorrow so we could meet up after?" Rob suggested
"Same why don't we have to the gym together?"
"I’ll pick you up at eight tomorrow then"
"Yeah sure" Kirsty smiled, and Rob went to kiss her sweetly and again Kirsty got that tingling feeling and she felt her cheeks going red her eyes fluted and they slowly closed. Letting the feeling take over her, her arms swung over his neck and his arms wrapped around her waist, pulling her closer. Yearning for her but it had to end soon to Kirsty's disbelieve.
