The answer could contain three letters, starting with y, ending with s,
but if I may, I’d like to take a wild guess.
The answer is no. Yes?
Confusing it may be, but that’s what I’ve been feeling for the past year, or three.
I never understood what went on with me, perhaps it was the peeling of my mind and thoughts.
Layers began to shed, shunning away the naivetey and gullibility I once bled.
Of course this is a good thing, but it left me drowning in a pool that just stings.
It’s a strange predicament since I should feel cleansed and happy now, but instead I feel hopeless, having no reason to take a bow.
All I want is a shoulder to lean on, sporadic kisses, or just something to support my back other than a wall.
That way, I’ll be comforted with ten fingers gripping my waist, sending me, via hands, messages and calls.
No need to speak, because touching would fill me with so many sensations that can’t help but leak.
I’m really not asking for much, am I?
I try to stay positive, but pessimism seems to drill a deep hole in me as the days pass by.
Is it so hard to meet you?
Just give me a clue.
Epiphanies and answers are all I really want, because each day I wonder when I’ll be free from haunt.
Emotionally and mentally, can I not be frigid and tense?
Can I see a light that can tingle each sense?
I realize I’m not as liberated as others, so is it too much to ask for freedom within?
I’m just asking for feeling under my skin.

Hi there! Well, this is one interesting poem, I'll grant you that. I have the feeling that it could turn into something fabulous, but it might need a little work.

"Naivete" should be "naivety." Just a little typo.

Here's the thing. You have placed this in "Other Poetry." This, to me, indicates that your creation, "Free-writing," is just that -- other poetry. Most poetry has stanzas. However, this bit of writing has every indication of a paragraph. For some reason, it boggles the human mind to see a big chunk of text, "...with no pictures or conversations," as Alice in Wonderland would say. Having all these sentences strung together without separation can be hard for the mind to follow. So, I might recommend that you go through and hit the "Enter" key a few times. Whenever you start with an entirely new thought, start a new line! That way, people will be able to understand it better, thus lowering their chances of getting bored and giving up.

I must say, you have a way with words. Your rhymes just curlicue off the tongue and spiral into beautiful epithets. In order to display your full talent, just break it up a little.

I hope this helps, and I look forward to seeing more of your writing.
