If you Could Choose Who Directed Your Life Thread

I came up with this idea chatting to my friend, and really legitimate question for here, since we're writers we are an eccentric or weird bunch so obviously we'd lead lives which would make good movies, so who would you have direct your life, any director you choose.

For me I choose, Guilermo Del Toro, because his movies are incredibly surreal and disturbing and much like my life quite psychological in places. Also it fits with creepy narrative style going for dream like visages, and overall very creeping atmosphere.

So how about you, choose a director and give explanation why.

If I would let anyone direct my life, it would be director James Cameron and that is due to many things.

First, he is a sea explorer, and one of my many passions is the ocean.
Second, he has a wild imagination, and rangeless thoughts which make all his movies unbelievably breathtaking.
Thirdly, he always adds a touch of romance that capture's the viewer's mind and soul.

I believe he would put a perfect direction to my life, since he has overtaken my heart with his passion and sorrow of love bonded with reality.

Tim Burton. We're like, braintwins. He just doesn't know it.

Christopher Nolan. I don't think I would have a single uninteresting moment in my life!

Michael Mann. I'd say the Coen Brothers, but that would probably mean my life would end abruptly with me getting shot in the head out of nowhere by someone I've never met. Then again, at least there'd be humorous conversations.
