Are we infatuated?
Or are we crazy in love?
Do you like me for my persona?
Or my dazzling looks?
Do you think we are a 'match made in heaven?'
Or is this just a School Romance?
Are we strong enough to fight temptation?
Or will charm get the better of us?
Is our relationship based on friendship?
Or did we take a chance?
Would you put your life at risk,
Only for the taste of my lips?
Will we 'love' eachother until we die?
Or will we lose trust?

We are sixteen,
Ready for the world
And anything that comes our way.
Our hearts are tender, and break easily.
We can't resist temptation, and we won't.
Capture this moment, relish, enjoy...

We may not love like this forever,
But baby, we can try.

overall i like this, your feeling is good and the poem is based on fact

That's nice. Through the simple yet meaningful words you used, I can easily tell your emotions.

This is GREAT. I like how it's easily relatable. It describes the confusing questions of young love perfectly. GOOD JOB!

Thanks pazey13, i'm glad that people can relate to this poem, i got the idea from a book talking about the difference between love and infatuation, and the rest just came. Anyway, thanks for the comment:)
