She was crying with one to turn to.
He was holding her as a friend should.
He never left her side.
Until after her roller coaster ride
Had slowed down in the end
To where she could finally fend
For herself without any fear.

He encouraged her with words sweet.
Telling her that one day, she shall meet
The prince she's been hoping and praying for;
The man she's ever dreamed of.
That happiness will come in it's due time
And not to worry and fret bout what cannot be
At this time in life, Just try to recover your heart,
And not to never let it part.

Constantly saying that I am beautiful.
In order for me to believe.
That I am truely one of a kind
And worthy enough to find
A man just perfect for me.
And constantly telling me
That everyone has someone just right for them :)

Thank you dear friends.
For everything you have done for me :)

This poem is certainly very sweet :) And I liked the nice little message to your friends at the end. My only concern is the cliche` side of things. There is an element of fairytale and happy-ever after in this poem, in the sense that you are doing it hard now but someday love will come. Whilst this is all sweet and lovey, its something we have all heard before, to many times in fact. I'd suggest that to avoid this and still have a poem based around love and happiness, you should try writing from a different perspective with a more bitter sense to the words. But hey, thats just me. Well done as a whole :)

This is very well done! And it has a great emotion to it. I think the only thing I noticed was that truly was spelled truely which is probably one of the most terribly-structured words ever because it's like, "Okay, dude, why on earth is it spelled like truly, you know what I mean?" The English language is rather confusing, so please don't feel bad about making this mistake. We've all done it! At least, I know I have...multiple times...anyway, thanks for writing this. I loved how you said the whole roller coaster ride thing when it was like comparing it to life or whatever because, really, that's what life is. Up, down, up again, loop-de-loop, down, down even more, upside down, and before you know it, it's over. What I'm trying (and probably failing) to say is that I really like the theme of this. Keep it up!!
