This is based around the character Ivanov from Tom Stoppards' play "Every Good Boy Deserves Favour"

*****

Every Good Boy Deserves Favour,
simple to pick up.
So why does the violinist,
bow when they should pluck.

The cello is untuned,
the french hornists are eating.
The piccolo is too quiet
and I am missing a timpani.

The flutest hold clarinets,
my double bass is missing,
the triangle is playing too much,
and the saxaphone is hissing.

The harp as gone to heaven,
the pianist is on a break.
Let's take it from the top people,
Try no to lose face.

Every Good Boy Deserves Favour,
how do you not get it!
The triangle is the most important,
and don't you dare forget it.

I rememeber something like that for piano. I believe it was Every Good Boy Deserves Fudge...which is the same, just lame.

Is this supposed to be a teacher talking to a student? Because that's how I viewed this, or at least the last stanza.

Thanks for the comment,

He is nto a teacher no, he is a madman. Actually insane. He thinks he has an ochestra but really it is all just in his mind.
