When in doubt, close your eyes;
daydream of a day when you'll
grow wings and fly.

If you can't hear your troubles,
your troubles can't trouble you.
I am a forest fire and an ocean, and I will burn you just as much
as I will drown everything you have inside.

This is so short and simple, and absolutely wonderful. I love the repetition in the word choice, the (kind of) play on words, and the little words of wisdom. Concise, relatable... great write. I only wish it were longer, so I had more to read, but this length is perfect at the same time.

Excellent little piece.

HI. I love your poem. It's simple and straight-to-point with it's message.
Keep up and all the best.

Simple, to the point. Very true. The last part is my favourite by far.
Stay away from cliche phrases like wing spreading and flying away.
I wish it was longer.
It rocks, keep writing.

Luma, I am going to review this because you asked so nicely - but, be warned that this is going to be one of my most pointless reviews yet. xD

I would rant to you about how 'growing wings and flying' is cliche, but I can't find the heart to do so because your last line was awesome. So, now that I have nothing to rant about I'll write one whole paragraph about how cute and simple this poem was and why it would look awesome in my signature. ;3 (Though I won't put it there because I like the [Aquari]Azzian lullaby that's there already.

Anyways.

It was so simple and so short and to-the-point, which usually I hate, but for some reason I enjoyed it here. (I've been finding a few poems lately that are doing that to me. o.o) Your last lines were my favorite, as I believe I just said. It was such an adorable, sweet poem... and it really would look excellent as one of those quotes people put into their signatures, or put on posters to motivate themselves - like, on their locker or their dorm-room wall or something.

So. That is my fail-review for you!

Peaaace.
