So, who here is from TYWC? Has it or has it not gone completely downhill? I used to be able to spend hours there...sniffle. So many newbies too, who don't appear to be interested in writing, but clog up the chatwall with one-liners. What do you think? Discuss :D
Matt.

I belonged to TWYC but I never really posted and I just joined it for when people would send out e-mails like the one Nate sent about a cool new writing site or a contest that I hadn't heard about.

Well, of course you know I am Chevy Chevelle The Kid Writer(aka Chevy or Morgan) and that I am here and once I came to Nate's site...I was loike, forget TYWC! This place is good vile(figure of speech which can easily be misinterpeted commonly used by moi)
And yes, we know that Brad is here for he has kept the same username. A few others have joined, I have heard for instance Muse (Rachel) and Ginion...but they only joined and aren't here that often. The most active TYWC members here would probably be Faith, Brad, You, and myself that I know of. I'm still working on Tolkein...poor kid...still obssessing over the death of TYWC. I think he's finally accepting that the site is death now due to the lack of interest and kind-heartedness of our dear friend David.

*wipes a tear from eye*

It was so sad, all i could see for miles was newbies, newbies, and more newbies. What has happened.

Now i'm over it, and back writing. THIS place is so much better. NO FREAKIN NEWBIES. Well, i'm a newbie but anyway, moving on.

Yes, Klaus. I agree entirely. It is so very sad. We should hold it's funeral or something.

Same. I heard about it from a friend (one of those freaky newbies I'm afraid), so I joined, but rarely posted anything at all.

Klaus--who were you on TYWC? Chevy Chevelle The Kid Writer Speaking.

I am moody, messy
I get restless, and it's senseless
How you never seem to care
When I'm angry, you listen
Make me happy it's your mission
And you won't stop til I'm there

I had lots of usernames..

Sabrina123,
Sabrina1234,
The Red Kitten (???)

Don't think any of y'all knew me though.

Never forget how special this site is: the older I get, the more I realize how many lonely writers there are who have only family and maybe some friends to read their works. The fact we get free critique, nightly writing pads, free contests and unlimited interaction at *no cost* with people genuinely wanting to help, can not be overstated or overrated
