Have you ever had a dream that you thought would make a great novel? Tell us about it!
Sorrow lasts through this night
I'll take this piece of you,
and hold for all eternity
For just one second I felt whole... as you flew right through me.

No, but my best friend has dreams that I thought would make a great novel.

In fact, her dreams inspired the main characters for my novel.

,

It's strange because ninety percent of my dreams are totally bizarre and nonsensical. This one is like one of the only exceptions I can even think of having.

Hahaha, yes! I told Sachi about it in my blog the next day. Though in all honest-to-goodness, it would probably end up in a shtinky pile of whatever by the time I started writing it.

Can't say I've dreamed about writing a novel, but I've had dreams that have inspired novel ideas.

My dreams are never coherent enough to make a novel out of, but I did once get an idea for a short story that... I never wrote.

I once had a dream that I was riding an earthworm along the edge of a canyon, and being chased by a train. That might make for something interesting.

Yes, in fact, many of my writing pieces are based of dreams. One of the novels I'm working on right now is based on a dream about a plague that I had.

I have never written a novel about a dream, mine are too random. But once, for a contest, I did write a short story on a dream I had and won second place! :D GO BRAIN!
