The is the title for the for almost every newspaper in the world on the day Brian Matthews was arrested. He was sentenced to death by a court of his peers in record time, 4 hours. The investigation that led to his arrest had also been very easy only taking a few days to get the evidence together. The date the killings took place was the 21st of December 2012 the date when the mayan calender ends hence the name of the awful events. 28 people killed including the freedom of speech activist Davy bowls. In the few day since the event Brian Matthews has become one of the most hated people in human history. The date is now the 26Th of December, Brian Matthews is to be executed in ten days it will be the first public execution ever to broadcast around the world. Advertising space is already costing 1 billion a minute and with ten day left the price is sure to rise.
It seems like the perfect thing for everybody [except of course the people who died] The TV companies are making a fortune a villain has be born for the world to pile it's thoughts and time into hating him, taking their mind of their governments failings. And for the American government a annoying activist has been taken care of and a teenage girl with a fatal secret has been fatally wounded, she is expected to die in six days.
Everything seems perfect, except for one small detail. Brian Matthews didn't kill those people.
Okay so that's basically the plot for this storybook the characters that you will be playing in you join this will be out for a number of things. some will be their to prove his innocence, others to condemn him and some hell bent on getting revenge for Davy bowls.

Detective:27-30[trying to prove his innocence after originally condemning him, changed your mind after new evidence given by the lawyer proved Brian's innocence, the Evidence mysteriously vanished a day later. You know Brian is innocent]
Detectives partner:21-24[ your best friends with your partner and being young look up to him. You didn't see the evidence that proved him innocent but you trust your partner]
Journalist:[the brother/sister of Brian Matthews you have to believe that your brother is innocent and are on a quest to prove it whatever the cost]
Davy Bowls activist 1:[ your out for revenge but like Activist two you don't believe it was Brian. activist two and you are out to fins the real killer and kill him as well as the large amount of support money Bowls has acquired, the money was stolen on the day of the killings.
