NEVER AGAIN

I know you want me to stay
But I feel like I’m not in control
You wish there was a hint of the past
But there’s nothing that united us
And I know you want me to stay

I can prove there’s nothing left to try
Every reason you’ll probably just deny
You can’t stop me from leaving your side
Why even try when you know what my feelings are

Chorus:
Never again will I believe you anymore
Bet it sucks to be alone with your lies
It’s your fault that all this ended,
I know who you are now
They all may believe you,
But we both know the truth
I will never listen to you

You said you’d do anything to make me stay
Well, why do I feel no attempt
You’re the only one with any desire
I feel like you’re burning me in an open fire
Can’t stand for this anymore

Chorus:
Never again will I believe you anymore
Bet it sucks to be alone with your lies
It’s your fault that all this ended,
I know who you are now
They all may believe you,
But we both know the truth
I will never listen to you

Bridge:
I never thought this would end
But you killed me, too much pressure
You suffocate me, I need to breathe
I will never fall, never again

Chorus:
Never again will I believe you anymore
Bet it sucks to be alone with your lies
It’s your fault that all this ended,
I know who you are now
They all may believe you
But we both know the truth
I will never listen to you
Never again, never again, never again
And we'll be a dream...

Punctuation. There isn't enough of it in this, and this is what I noticed first before I even began reading. Lyrics are punctuated the same as prose, and not having punctuation makes everything a huge run-on. Also, not having punctuation gives off a pretty bad first impression.

You've got a pretty decent flow going on here, which was good. There were a couple of lines that struck me as a touch too long, but it wasn't a stretch to figure out how they might be sung to a rhythm. The thing is, choruses aside, there was no consistency in verse length line- or syllable-wise. I can see it working, but it does leave me wondering what this would sound like, and if there's a different melody for each verse.

I noticed that you tended to switch tenses a bit, especially in the first verse. This is confusing, so I suggest you go back through and consolidate the tenses. Since most of the song is in present tense, there shouldn't be that many past tense verbs.

Overall, the subject isn't particularly new or unique, and you didn't really add anything to it. It struck me as a bit cliche and forgettable, to be honest, the type of song you hear on the radio but never really pay attention to.
Secretly a Kyllorac, sometimes a Murtle.

It is very good but it does remind me of Kelly Clarkson
but i do see alot of a difference

I think the best thing about making it into the quote generator is when nobody tells you, so one day you're just scrolling and voila, some phenomenally inane thing that crawled out of your dying synapses and immediately regretted being born the second it made contact with the air has been archived for all time. Or worse, a remark of only average inanity. Never tell me when you've put me in the generator. Pride-tinged regret just doesn't taste the same without the spice of surprise.
