The fascination and magic of a fairytale
It makes me wonder how people make them up
Why people make them up

While it might make others feel happy
It makes me feel sad
I will never live in that kind of world

Or at least I thought so
But time has passed exceedingly fast
And I am no longer that girl

I have found a way
To transport myself
Without really doing so

It's not so hard
If you really think about it
But maybe you don't think that way

Writing helps me get there
And I have found the peace it has to offer
I yearn the harmony whenever I'm away

Maybe I'm just strange
And like to believe in love
And joy

But that's what makes me
Well
Me!

Hi iheartbooks! OK first off in the third stanza you spelled atleast wrong. It's supposed to be: at least. with a space. Also I don't see much punctuation. That's the only things in need of correction. But overall I enjoyed this poem A LOT because it's truthful!
You're new? Great seas! Why haven't you gone to the Buddy System yet?

You're dealing with writers. The words "normal" and "usual occurrence" do not compute.

hello. i heart books, too, you know. :D

well, this is good. i can't find anything major to point out, except to observe your punctuation and correct some misspelled words, i think. i love the simplicity. i imagine the girl in this poem as an innocent one, full of questions.. and slowly transforming into someone more matured, and..oh well. all i can say is that i like this.

I really like the first part of this poem, but it seems to slowly dwindle off. Like your mind is wondering maybe. I highlighted in blue the lines I like most. You really need to use some punctuation, and I would add or take away a few words here and there to make it flow smoother. I suggest you read it out-loud thinking about the way it sounds.

Maybe I'm just strange

And joy Again I would take the and out. Joy, would be perfectly good on its own.

But that's what makes me
Well
Me! I would make this all one line, but that is just my preference.

Hope I helped,

Hey iheartbooks!

I would have to agree with Calligraphy: the beginning of the poem was fantastic but it seemed to die down to much for my liking. It did pick up at the end but that was to long of a gap for us to wait I though. Besides that. really good poem. Excellently written and great choice of words. Nice perfect length and good structure which a lot of people can't achieve!

MWAHAHAHA!
