Hey, this is only my second time posting one of my works, so I apoligize.
This poem is in the point of view of Rose from Titanic.

On the outside I’m a well brought up lady
On the inside I’m a slave in chains
Both screaming at the tops of their lungs

I have to pretend
To be interested in him
In them
And everything they say

Though nothing I say
Seems to matter
To him
Or them

I need to break free
Of this life
But there’s no way out
So I’ll make my way

One step
Two steps
Hold on
Let go

Short and so very sweet.I've seen the movie a few times and I think you did a great job in capturing Rose's character and not such a bad job for your second post. I really enjoyed the how you fit the scene about her standing a the end of the ship into the end of your poem. Again great job on your work and keep it up.
PM me when you post your next work.

I think this was well written; You gave the reader a picture from the Titanic, but also you set the mood. Very nice :)
