Ah, summer, how did I love thee? Let me list the ways...

Our school homecoming was Friday so my friend and I dyed our hair. I have green, and Frenchie is a red head XD

Ah! The Grand Canyon. A few hours north of where I live. A hole in the ground, but a pretty hole in the ground. Not like Meteor Crater where they no longer let you close to the crater. And that is just a big hole in the ground.

I actually haven't been up there in a few years.

Watch the amazing transformation from long hair to short in this three-part stop-motion... uh, pictures.

In this first picture, Tess has not cut her hair in a little over two years...



Then she gets tired off that look (and all the breakage from nutritional lack and frequent dying) and decides to cut it shorter, but not too drastic... (shoulder length now)

and pose with her cat.



And then, for the final piece, Tessitore goes for the drastic cut, deciding she'd rather start over growing her hair from scratch and cuts it very, very short. Then takes a picture of it while at work (very bad, I know).



This was done only two weeks ago, so currently my hair is... quite short.

Booyah. That would be me.

Sooo, I figure since I've been here for so long (even if I haven't been active for a gillion years), I might as well post some pics of myself! Unfortunately those are few and far between (especially since my mom stole my camera before I even got it and I don't like the one on my phone), but there are a few I've managed to snag from people via facebook! =D Let's go chronologically....

This one is me and my cousin at our family reunion. We both look scary because it was very hot outside and we had been eating sugar. These are my old glasses. I have thinner frames now...

This isn't half-bad...at the time, I was playing with my new camera, attempting to make the timer and autofocus work, hence the bemused expression and the fact that my left arm isn't in the frame, but steadying the camera on my bookshelf.




By far the best one (again with the old glasses and also with the braces):
