Let's see what we've got. Lovely title. Made me want to read this. I had to look up the definition of 'irascible' which gives you bonus points for making me do some learning. Hand hissing and dolls dwindle are lovely alliterations and the condensation of this poem left a lot open for interpretation. Bravo.

I'm really not sure what to make of this poem because it was so very short. I'm also confused with how the lines all relate to one another, especially the third line. How can something dwindle childless? How can hands hiss? It sounds pretty enough, but it really doesn't make much sense.
