When whatever you love dies,
Why love?
Why suffer the pain that it causes you to loose them?
Agonizing pain.
Millions of tears shed.
Countless hours spent thinking of he past.

The Dance.
That is the reason to love.
It is better for what you love to die,
Than it is to have never loved at all.
The Dance you had.
The laughter.
The fun.
The happiness and joy shared.
Every good moment you spent together.
No,
The bad ones too.

The Dance.
You choose your partner.
You choose the music.
And you choose to live in the moment,
Not in the future.
Not in the past.
Focus on the Dance.
Right her,
Right now.
Live, Love, Laugh

Hello and welcome to YWS!
Im am happy to say that I am your first reviewer for the day, and I would love to encourage you to review as many other works as you can :) Now on to your review:

I really think this poem has no flow. The beginning is very chopy and hard to understand. Make a hasty transition from the question: Why to love? in the first stanza to the next with the answer: the dance. maybe slow it down or in the second stanza explain what the awnswer is before actually giving us the answer. The middle stanza is way to long compared to the other two so maybe cut it in half. I think you put alot of good effort into this poem and maybe by changing it around you can make it into something great :elephant:

Have a great day, and if you have any questions please feel free to PM me,

The first thing I noticed as I was reading through is that you have a number of spelling mistakes. It's always a good idea to go back through and reread your own writing carefully because spelling checkers can miss things.

My first impression of the first stanza was "typical teen angst", which really isn't a fair impression of your poem. You use pretty unoriginal imagery ("Agonizing pain." and "Millions of tears shed.") which can be found in lots of poems written by teens. Try a different approach, use imagery that's unique to you, and make it a bit more obvious from the first line that this is poem is not about angst but about the reasons to love in spite of the pain that might result.

Overall, you could expand on the things you say in this poem more. Show us why it's better for something you love to die compared to not loving at all. Show us why the bad things in a relationship are important and worth remembering. Basically, show us why the dance is so worthwhile.
