I think you should strengthen her lines; right now, they're sketchy and a bit weak. Coloring would do wonders for this as well, especially if you digitally colored it; it's good, but could be better.
ALSO! Is it intentional for her to have no nose? How does she smell the flowers? Add some shading, too! I think this would "pop" more if you did.

I have to say this reminds me of something out of rugrats and if I'm honest, it did make me chuckle. However, I think you've suceeded in creating something cute here and if you made the lines less sketchy by going over them that image will look sharper. If you intend to colour this in, I suggest you use thick, vivid and block colours so it really stands out and makes it cartoony. This means you could create a powerful effect with a fistful of impact and not have to worry to much about facial or limb features which seem to need work here.
Other than this, you're clearly a very talented artist and I'd love to see more! Brilliant! Ben.
She's beautiful! I love the graceful lines of her wings. The design of her dress is also really cool, and she has an awesome hair-do and super cute feet and shoes.
Her head is a bit asymmetrical; see if you can make it more round and less bumpy around the fairy's chin. Adding a nose might be nice too. The sketchy lines would look a lot better if you went over them with ink.
She has a very distinct facial expression, like she's supervising a group of little fairies and making sure they all stay out of trouble.
I hope you decide to color this, I think it would look even more amazing!

Hi, there, Gen. This is...eh/eh. I honestly didn't like this. It did not say 'wow', or anything. Dull, and not drawn well in my opinion. The head is...rather like a pumpkin. That is not fairy-like, in my opinion. Pumpkin-head is something you need to fix. The only good part was the wings, dress, and feet. And what draws us the most is the face...which you did rather poorly. So, alas, I did not like this. Tata, Miss Mizz
